Excellent apartment and clean and well taken care of. Very secure building . The only thing missing is central air. Mary and her assistant take such good care of the place.

This place is clean and festive year round but the lady who runs the place is rude and selfish .controlling .Ive watched her pay ppl. To make lies up about tenants to have them evicted for no reason just cause she does not like them and wants her friends or someone she knows to move in

I would avoid this place if you you are looking for professional and friendly management staff. I went to view an apartment and was immediately met with a stand-offish disrespectful attitude instead of a warm welcome. I am a professional who took a year off of work and the manager rudely challenged me well, what am I supposed to put on the application for salary, zero? I explained to her that I have just accepted a new position and can provide a credit check, references, confirmation of employment and salary, or anything else she needed and she persisted on berating me as if I was a idiot who has not been through this process before. I asked, twice, if I could see the apartment and her response was whats the rush? Once she finally showed me the apartment (after I asked a 3rd time) and couldnt open the balcony door, she huffed, what did you do to it? I hadnt done anything! The apartment itself was run down and quite dirty, and many of the amenities that were mentioned in the ad were missing - dishwasher, custom cabinetry and blinds, luxury flooring. Had the apartment itself been as nice as advertised I might have overlooked her rude behavior, but all in all this was a hard pass.

I have only been living at this apartment building for 6 weeks and I am very impressed with Mary and her granddaughter Ashley! My apartment is beautiful with upgraded appliances and countertops! A welcoming package upon moving in! Mary and Ashley have been extremely helpful with my move. They are always on the ball! They dont miss a thing! They are very thorough in everything they do. The building is kept in Tip-Top shape and sometimes in the evening you will see them cleaning windows or mopping floors well past a nine-to-five job which it certainly isnt! They are very accommodating and friendly and there is often a note under the door explaining that there are contractors coming into the building to either fix Electrical, Plumbing, cleaning carpets, and even installing new door locks and carpets in the building where needed! The elevator carpets had a bad smell possibly because it is a pet-friendly building and it was unbearable and when I mentioned it to Mary she was quick to pull the carpets out of both elevators and clean them! Now that is what I call caring for your tenants! I cannot say enough positive things about the way the two of them have kept this building in shape! Not just the interior but the grounds as well and garbage areas. Speaking of garbage, they even had the garbage chutes cleaned! All this in 6 weeks! Ive heard they do special things for Halloween and Christmas as well. If this isnt enough to keep all the tenants wanting to keep the common areas and their own Apartments clean as well I dont know what is! Definitely a team effort! Thank you again ladies for making my living here an amazing experience. I would like to give this Realstar property 6 Stars but if I can make one suggestion, I wish there was a fan in the elevators as it gets very stuffy in there. WELL DONE! Mary and Ashley 😉👏🤝👍

They keep a wonderful yard and it is pet friendly
