We used Axiom ACT test prep services for my daughter and were thrilled with the outcome. The initial assessment and subsequent tutoring were comprehensive and effective. The tutors were able to identify areas of strength and relative weaknesses and focus on building both knowledge and test-taking skills. Each individual who works at Axiom - from scheduling staff, management to tutorial services - is respectful and genuinely committed to providing the best possible education and preparation for students. We were impressed by the educational staffs knowledge of the ACT as well as differing learning styles. I would recommend Axiom to anyone looking for standardized test prep services for their child; we will use them again!

I personally really enjoy the environment here and think it is just a great place to learn and excel in academics. I like all of the people who work here and do not know anyone who is in any way mean or disrespectful towards a student. Overall would recommend 10/10 if you are looking for a tutor or any sort of academic help.

We are extremely pleased with the program at Axiom Learning! When we first stumbled upon Axiom Learning, we were simply looking for a more effective alternative to typical tutoring. What we ultimately experienced was much more profound than traditional tutoring. Axiom’s instructors are highly skilled and very professional, and Axiom’s well-designed personal programs continue to keep our 15-year-old daughter deeply engaged. Not only are Axiom’s sessions designed to address our daughter’s specific needs, they are interactive and stimulating – so much so that our daughter was actually excited to spend each day over this past summer at Axiom. In fact, she even continues to ask to go to Axiom on weekends during the school year! Most importantly, we have seen impressive results. Recently, she has demonstrated increased confidence, motivation, self-awareness and increased academic performance. In school, her teachers unanimously report increased focus and improved classroom performance – correspondingly, her grades have improved substantially in the past two terms. Axiom has without question helped our daughter improve her core study skills, which have directly resulted in better grades. We couldn’t be happier with the results thus far … we highly recommend Axiom and we plan to continue to work together.

My experience at Axiom was amazing. The hands on learning, and dedication each teacher has for their student is outstanding. Not only are they all top educators but they are all incredible people. On top of this Axiom is very well organized. I was there for almost two years from ACT prep to college prep. I was able to have the same tutor the whole way through and really built a connection. My tutor Chelsea is super nice and very easy to talk to. She always went out of her way to cater to how I learn in order for me to fully understand the material. Axiom has been a very good experience for our son. He started tutoring at Axiom over summer after his freshman year in High School. Axiom did an initial assessment of the areas of improvement and tailored the tutoring sessions to improve his core skills and academic abilities. We are pleased that this has resulted in improved academics and increased his confidence. The Axiom tutors he has are excellent and work well with him and he in turn responds positively to them. The fact that our son is enthusiastic about going to Axiom and attending his High School speaks volumes to his improved results and academic confidence. I would highly recommend Axiom as we continue to work with them.

Axiom is a very impressive learning center. My son, who is 11 and has a learning disability, has seen significant progress in the past 6 months of Axiom sessions. The tutors he was matched with have all been excellent. They seem to take special care when matching students with tutors to be sure they will work well together. Despite my sons typical frustration with anything related to schoolwork, he said I like Axiom. They know how to make the challenges fun. He loves going there and always seems energized at the end of a session. The strategies are also matched to students after an initial assessment. Many of them are intense but they are interspersed with fun activities to keep the pacing appropriate for the student. The approach seem to be cutting edge for addressing processing delays, but they assess and analyse data frequently to measure progress. The staff is always quick to respond when I have questions or concerns. They always impress me with their familiarity with my sons challenges and his personality; there is real teamwork among the staff so that everyone who works in the office is able to contribute to the students success.

Im a high school student working to improve my ACT score. One day my parents recommended Axiom to me, so I gave it a shot. My first session with them was great and I could tell that I would improve my score drastically. Ive been attending Axiom once a week for about six months. My ACT score has gone up 5 points from working with them. Axiom is a fun learning environment and Ive made a great relationship with my instructor. I would fully recommend Axiom to anyone who wants to see their score improve on standardize testing.

Our experience has been a positive one. My daughter began tutoring sessions about 5 months ago to work on memory processing, executive function skills including time management and organization, as well as SSAT prep. She enjoys both of her tutors, who are patient, smart, and nurturing. They have offered my daughter many helpful insights. The services are pricey, but they are a worthwhile investment. We have been seeing progress in our daughters development and her grades for the last couple of marking periods have been some of her best yet. It probably deserves 5 stars but my daughter still resists going on many occasions (kids!), so Im dropping down a star on her behalf.

I decided late last summer that I wanted help getting ready for the ACT. Axiom was very flexible letting me double up on sessions, giving me extra homework, and focusing on specific areas where I need help. My scores improved significantly. I was admitted to schools I know I would not have gotten into before getting help.

We sent my 9 year old daughter to the leap program at Axiom in Chestnut Hill for help with executive function and output. My daughter has adhd and has trouble completing work. The teachers at axiom are very caring, fun, and capable. They each spent time getting to know my daughter and her strengths and weaknesses so they could pinpoint exactly where she needed the most help. The strategies used in the leap program were always fun and interesting. After the leap program ended I decided to keep my daughter in the tutoring program to focus on the areas where she still has problems with output, like writing. The strategies have changed, but they still make it fun and interesting for her and she loves going to Axiom every week.I recommend Axiom because the teachers are completely committed. Ive seen improvement in my daughters school work in both content and output. If your child has adhd, this is not a miracle cure. Attention, task completion, etc. is still an ongoing issue. But I do feel like this extra, one on one help will continue to improve her ability to complete work and enhance her overall academic performance.

My son began a few months ago and his math and science grades have improved. After just a short time Miguel was able to tailor learning and study habits to my sons learning style. They do an excellent pre assessment that very accurately portrayed my son and helped to pinpoint how to help him in the most efficient ways. They have been flexible with scheduling -finding times to meet even when his schedule is tight.

Space is distracting being open to all other tutors talking while you are trying to read and study. A bit disorganized. Not worth the money.
