Helped me out when I was in need

If it wasnt for a place like this, I would have no where to go and probably be dead. This place is my saving grace and has been there every step of the way and pointed me in the right direction. For people who want to follow the rules and truly need help, this is the place to be. A great place for new beginnings and full of love. I am forever thankful for the people who have hearts to help broken and hurting people like me.

The staff including the individuals live there are always there to help you pick yourself up if you are giving effort!!

New Jerusalem Missions is a sober transitional housing for men. Rent is $300 a month. A person has to have a job to be here or have SSI, disability, or Cash work jobs to be able to pay rent. We welcome men with addictions, who are ready to move forward in their lives. Our Mission is to give a safe place for people to come for help and sobriety. We also help the community in many ways. We give out food boxes for the poor, clothes, furniture, TVs, and always take donations. Its a non-profit organization dedicated to Jesus Christ and helping people! Please stop by Monday through Friday for lunch at noon and supper at 6:00 pm. Its open to the public for lunch and dinner. We have volunteer cooks who bring fresh ingredients and lovely tasting food. They use items we have got donated to us from grocery stores and salvation army, who have donated to us, and make a delicious meal. You can donate $2 or do a chore afterwards to help out. I like the term: help people, help people. Thats what we are and do.

I love the people and the food they serve. Only thing I wish is they served meals on the weekends.
