Ms Donna is the best!!! So patient and kind! Our clothing was fresh clean and carefully folded when we picked up wash,dry and fold!Ms Donna washed and dried our comforter too! We highly recommend her laundry service!

I was here on business from California and found the wash and fold service to be excellent! My items were bundled so neatly I just threw them in my luggage which actually became a space saver!

I believe the machines are purposely set to steal money at this laundromat. Our dryer is out so I have come here twice. Both times the machines took my money. Last time the large washer machine in front took $6. This time the other large washer machine in front took $5.75 twice. This place is already expensive and then to lose money in addition to the price us ridiculous. I will NEVER come back here!

I’ve never been to a laundromat with an owner as attentive and generous as Ms. Donna. She’s very organized and her warm disposition makes the awkwardness of washing your underwear in public less embarrassing. Everyone who walks in is treated like a friend down to even putting coins in unattended machines. Offering curbside and delivery services during the pandemic is the icing on the cake. 100/10

Wonderful lady is owner shes very patient and helpful I had no clue how to use a laundromat and she told me I needed a babysitter then she walked me through whole experience! Outcome was clean dry happy and surprising how little money and time spent! Will always go there now! Note to people called her rude if you are nice to all people they are nice back to you. She is nice.

Good overall experience here. Run by a kind and by all indications generous elder Asian lady. I had misplaced a dryer sheet and she gratuitously gave me one of hers. Prices aren’t steep, but being a visitor to the area I’m not sure whether another site could be cheaper. Spent about $7.5-8 on one load. Dryer seemed quite hot. No A/C in the place but if you’re polite and ask I’m sure the lady would kindly allow you to take one of the chairs and sit under the eaves in the front of the shop. That part is shaded in the afternoon, and being on the corner of the lot, gets a soft breeze from the south. Was not crowded on this Saturday afternoon.

Im guessing the Asian lady who came in after is Donna, the owner. As Im waiting for my load finish in the washer she demanded I love move from the table I was sitting at and charging my phone. Mind you, there are two more tables for her work on. I asked her if she needed the chair? She said no, she needed to charge her phone and that I can go sit down at one of the little chairs on the other side. Then she she was pressuring me to take my clothes out of the washer in to the dryer so other people can use the washer. Mind you, she and I were the only people in there. When I didnt get up as soon as she wanted me to she began to speak in her native tongue in a aggressive manner. Then slamming her basket on the table. She was receptive with the dryer, while I was on the phone with my insurance company handling some important personal matter. I was enjoy this laundromat until she came in. It was relaxing then she just came in turned it into one of the most u desirable places I wanted to be in.

Please refer to Yelp reviews for better grasp of this laundromat. As for the negative reviewer, I am sorry you left with a negative disposition and experience. However, I can assure you Donna wasnt intentionally rude or disinterested in your business. It must have been a misunderstanding and like I said earlier, please refer to Yelp for a better understanding of her service. Shes had customers coming to her for over 15 years. I would like to add, there is no chance she demanded Patrick say thank you. That is not at all part of her character and I can get countless other customers to vouch on her behalf.

About half of the machines (the smaller ones) are out of order and most of those do not have a sign on them starting that. I like using the smaller machines because I dont have a large amount of clothes to wash, plus it would save me a little money and not waste the water in the bigger machines. Think I may find another place to do my laundry.

Place is very dirty, washing machines leaking. Dryer works really well..

The owner Donna demanded I say thank you for using her change machine...meanwhile I went in, smiled and said hello. She had her head phones in and seemed disinterested in being disturbed so I took my money and left. Donna was extremely rude as an owner
