I went once, no problem, though the waxer wasn’t as good as all the waxers I’ve had at the Beacon Hill location-the trimming of my eyebrows wasn’t as short as they do. The second time never happened because they rescheduled me twice with less than 24 hours notice each time and the front desk clerk was condescending and rude when I finally went in for that time and I didn’t get my services. Go to any location but this one and if you do go, expect attitude like they are doing you a favor. I went to the Brookline location and it was great.

Scheduled a waxing appointment and was not consulted before the technician started the eyebrow waxing. Shape, length and stray hairs left behind were only the beginning of this mishap. I would advise being direct about what your desires are before scheduling.

Tayna is the girl to see! Professional, amazing sanitation and quick pain free service. She is the only person I will see and I am licensed so I am very picky.

I went to this location for the first time so of course I was nervous about going to a new wax specialist. I was seen by Christy and she was nothing but amazing! Super sweet personality, informative, and overall great at what she does. She put my worries at ease and made my decision of going to this location worth it! If this is your first time booking here or first time getting a wax in general, I definitely recommend her.

Worst customer service ever. It was my first time in that location and the receptionist refused to attend me. I made an appointment on the application it said “pay half price from Brazilian waxing”. At the center the receptionist asked me to pay the full price or leave the center. So rude!!!!

Christy is wonderful. Great personality and wonderful work. Made you feel comfortable even while ripping hair from your skin. Lol

The staff is always so friendly here. I LOVE Tracey and Tanya - they are both very experienced and are happy to gab with me while Im there for my appointment. They make the process as painless as possible -- so I drive out of my way to go to this clinic in particular.

I had the best experience with Olena. She gave my brows the perfect shape! I can tell that she knows what she is doing and is very detail oriented, which I as a customer value the most. My brows were spaced out a tiny bit unevenly; that has bothered me for a very long time. Olena took the time and effort in correcting that. I am most definitely coming back and I would highly recommend !
