The office is clean and the front desk is helpful. The actual case worker was either overwhelmed or desensitized. Arrogant and rude like they were the judge and jury. I wish this experience on nobody. The system is definitely flawed.

Too many cases for them to handle. They dont care or take into consideration the parents advise, point of view be or suggestions. They tend to make things very difficult and are herd to get a response from.

Fast service to the public needs.

Its DHS how are you supposed to do a review on them.
