Great staff and quick testing. And Mable will greet you at the door.😋 Ive been going here for almost 10 months now and never had any issues with any of the staff. Always polite and I feel like they want you to do well. Its embarrassing and degrading enough to have to go through this process as it is. So thank you to all the staff here for putting up with me.

I would highly recommend. Great people who work here. Not to mention they are very knowledgeable about drug testing and explaining what the results mean. It’s amazing how many drug testing facilities ; drug test yet can’t explain the results to you. This is not the case at DDW they keep up on the recent drug trends and know what they are talking about. Their pricing is also extremely fair. They also care and try to steer individuals struggling with addiction in the right direction.

Staff Treats people like criminals rather than customers. The building is dirty and smelly. And there’s a place a block away on eighth and Monmouth called Commonwealth mediation services that is actually cheaper. They treat you like a person, And the building is not at all gross like DDW. And the only five star rating I see here is from one of the owners. And when you read these reviews make sure you read the responses from the owner. Threatening and degrading. Not a surprise coming from these people.So you’re trying to figure out, and publicly post the real names of people giving these reviews, but you’re too much of a damn coward to post your name. I know you are. But your name is not posted on your website, or on here. Why is that?

Normally I dont too many reviews for businesses, but this place I really felt they needed one. Ive had absolutely no issues since starting last month. These guys seems like there experience in what they do, and how they do it and I like that. If you need to give them paperwork or make copies of something, there on it.If the clients would just do what their told to do and actually listen you can be in and out under 3 minutes somedays. I was going to give them 4 stars because Im still kinda new to this stuff but tbh just getting to know them already has made my life easier and hopefully easier for court when I go back, so definitely 5 stars.

This place is terrible, dont go there it smells disgusting and the people are nasty as well. I was never a customer there myself but they treated my mother like scum on their shoes. The guy that owns it is on a power trip and likes to say degrading things to anyone that walks in that gross building.Also, I read some of the comments and saw he posted someones real name on Google when they used an anonymous one. That was beyond wrong even if he knew who it was, they are concealing that info for a reason and that was not this mans right. I just thought that was unethical for someone running a business.Reply:Im pretty sure you outed a man (Walter) not a woman. And now your talking about people threating to punch people? Went to pick up some paperwork that I paid for and wasnt even greeted at the desk by the worker she was too lazy to get up off her desk and come in greet me at the front desk she wanted me to scream my information across the Room this place is totally and utterly unprofessional do not spend your money here if you have to get any type of test done
