I absolutely love this gym!! I’ve been coming here since 2019 and it’s seriously one of the best decision I’ve ever made. The coaches and other members are so friendly and make you feel welcomed and like you can accomplish whatever your goals are. Your level of fitness doesn’t matter either they meet you where you’re at and help build you up to where you want to be. I couldn’t speak any more highly of this gym. Emily the owner has created something special here and I’m so thankful to be apart of it. These people have become my gym family!
I love this gym! The instructors are great and the workouts are engaging and appropriately challenging, but there are always modifications to optimize at every fitness level. The introductory classes are thorough and provide a great base for integrating into the Crossfit side.
I joined the 6 week challenge because I was ready to make some lifestyle changes. I tried other gyms and I couldnt stay focused, but the coaches at Newport Fitness have found a way to keep me coming back. Its only been a few weeks and I already feel better than I have in years. Cant wait to see where it goes from here!

I am currently in the six week challenge at Newport Fitness and have been loving it. I am a former competitive athlete and also competed in a body building competition in the wellness division last October. I began to get bored of the monotony of the same old lifts 4-5 times per week and also was tired of scheduling my life around a specific diet. I pretty much took a 6 month hiatus from working out at all due to frustration and complete lack of motivation. I decided to try CrossFit to see if that would re-spark my joy and it definitely has. The combination of strength and conditioning and getting that all done in an hour is perfect. Everyday is different, and its a competition within yourself. The coaches are all extremely helpful and each new one I have met has gone out of their way to introduce themselves and make sure I felt comfortable asking questions. It is clear they are educated individuals and work to be sure you are doing movements correctly to avoid injury and ensure members are getting the most optimal workout. It doesnt hurt that the music is amazing too! I am excited to continue my journey and see how much I improve!

I decided to do the six week challenge, and I cannot rave about this place enough. The coaches are incredible. They are so knowledgeable, they really take their time explaining everything to you and making sure that you understand how to properly execute the various skills. They’re motivating, enthusiastic, and everyone works together like a family. I love that there is no intimidation - everyone is focused on competing against themselves and not each other (although they do offer competitive events as well). Every workout is well rounded, encompasses the entire body, and includes both strength and cardio. I love coming here so much, that I decided to sign up for a long-term membership after the challenge. Aside from the overall experience being phenomenal, I cannot believe the results that I’ve seen just in six weeks. I’m stronger, leaner, more energetic, and overall happier! Looking forward to continuing my strength and conditioning journey… I love this place!
Very happy with NewCov fitness! Im am in the last week of my six weeks challenge, and they have overachieved my expectations. The staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming to everyone regardless of their fitness level. So glad I was invited to attend the trial class!
I had never done CrossFit before because I thought you had to be extremely fit to do it . A friend of mine told me that I should come and try it. I did and instantly fell in love with it. The coaches work closely with you to ensure you are taking the proper steps for each exercise. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a challenge and coaches who push you to be a better you.

Very cool gym that has all kinds of people never felt left out I love how cool everyone is and tolerant of others with their level of CrossFit and strength. Would recommend to beginners and someone who is advanced there’s a place for everyone. Organized, clean, friendly, good quality workouts
Newport Fitness is a great place for both beginner and experienced CrossFit athletes! All of the staff are very friendly, and they provide modifications and extra instruction when needed. There is a good balance between strength and conditioning!
The trainers are friendly and attentive- making sure to look for good form and safety. As someone new to CrossFit, Ive seen a lot of physical improvement in a short time! And for someone who was a little intimidated- I have found people to be really welcoming and the environment really positive.

So glad we joined the NewCov family in 2018. I have never been more fit and my husband was able to get off his high blood pressure medicine after working out here for 6 months or so. The gym is supportive and fun, very focused on fitness. Come as you are and get in incredible shape!
Started with the Ems Fitcamp six week challenge and see the results. The meal plan is well thought out and allows you to see what works for you. The work outs are like no other and offerings are as early as 5:15 am into the late evening; so whatever your schedule, it works. I highly recommend Newport Fitness to anyone looking to get healthy and start their weight loss journey.

As a 60 year old I was a bit hesitant to start exercising again. But after taking my first class I was eager to take more. Great place to work out. Instructors are friendly and encouraging. They are always able to suggest modifications to exercises to ensure you get the full benefit.

The Ems FitCamp classes and the High Intensity Mix classes are always a challenge but always worth it. The coaches do a great job leading the classes.
NewCov is the fitness environment I have been looking for. A safe space to get a good workout in, feel better, and make new friends. I’m very happy with my decision to switch gyms. Everyone has been so welcoming, kind and considerate to me and I look forward to my workouts after my day job every day :-) .
I have thoroughly enjoyed Newport Fitness in the 6 weeks I have attended. I have been impressed with the coaching staff and appreciate that nobody harasses me to join officially and they offer free classes for the community to try. I have been a longtime member of two other CrossFit gyms in Florida and Ohio prior to attending Newport Fitness and I can say they never offered such. This is a great gym for all experience levels … I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in crossfit

I tried the 6 week challenge program. It was a great experience that I would recommend. They are a wonderful community of people. At the end of the 6 week challenge, due to my new work schedule, I was unable to continue attending class. And as promised, because I met required attendance goals, my $150 deposit was refunded to me in a timely manner. This program is well worth the try. You have nothing to loose! Other then hopefully a few pounds!
I will be completing the 6-week challenge and signing up for a membership, and honestly I could have made this decision within the first two weeks, I loved it so much! The gym has an amazing atmosphere, every workout can be modified no matter what fitness level you are at, and the workouts change daily so you never get burned out! The staff is so welcoming and are truly there to help you in anyway they can! So excited to continue with this gym!

This is the most uniquely run CrossFit gym I’ve been to. They do an excellent job of making it easy to join and not intimidating. I highly recommend the 6 week challenge and they have child care for busy parents.

I recently completed the Newport Fitness 6 Week Challenge. I reached my goal and got my money back. The challenge works on a deposit system. You put down $150 and if you attend 24 classes within the 6 week period you get your money back. They are true to their word. My fiance and I both completed the challenge and it was a very positive experience. The Staff is incredible friendly and are welcoming to people at any skill level. The app makes scheduling really easy and they will send you text updates about your attendance so you can stay on track.
Such an awesome experience and atmosphere! I did the 6 week challenge and absolutely loved it! I ended up signing up for a nine-month contract and can’t wait to see where CrossFit takes me! The trainers and community are so encouraging and helpful and truly want to see you succeed!
My husband and I tried out this gym for a free week, and then decided to continue on for 6-weeks and are now officially signing up! The coaches are personable and it’s clear they love what they do, making our experience that much better. My fiancé and I attended a 6 week challenge at Newport Fitness and LOVED it! Between the friendly members and the amazing coaches Ive never felt so comfortable at a gym. They did a great job of teaching without making me feel silly for doing the technique wrong. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

I completed a 6 week workout challenge at this gym and I loved it! The workouts were so fun and extremely challenging. Even though I was a beginner, I never felt uncomfortable or judged. Each trainer I had was so helpful and accommodating to any issues I had. They also focused on cleanliness and followed guidelines related to our current covid situation. I am definitely signing up for this gym! I highly recommend Newport Fitness!

Signed up for the 6 Week Transformation Challenge and loved it! When I signed up I originally thought I would be doing the 6 weeks and thats it but, the community and coaches are hard to leave. I signed up for longer a contract and look forward to improving my skillset and seeing where it takes me! The gym has a very welcoming vibe. The trainers are well informed on technique and give good instruction for specific movements. Most importantly for me, they excel in motivation.

I’m not a CrossFit person but the fitcamp side gives me a great workout and is very beginner friendly. In the 6 weeks that I did their challenge, I was able to fit back into clothes that I had tucked into my closet 3 years ago. Would and have recommended!

I recently participated in the 6 week challenge, and I was honestly hesitant about doing CrossFit due to the fact that I have a background in exercise science and not all gyms take safety seriously. I absolutely love and appreciate the fact that at Newport Fitness they really do want to make sure you are doing exercises in the safest way possible to prevent injury, while also positively encouraging you to reach your goals. Everyone really is welcoming and encouraging and I also really appreciate the community we have found with Newport Fitness!

I love how this facility cares about my results as much or more as my membership fee! Always going above and beyond, checking in with you on how you are meeting your goals, offering nutrition advice along with the workouts, and always coaching during the workouts to improve form and create energy. Joining up for a 6 week challenge is a nice low-risk way to see if crossfit is for you!
If you’ve ever been curious about trying CrossFit, this is your sign! The staff is great at breaking the workouts down and challenging you. I’ve done two challenges now and brought friends to keep each other accountable and it’s addicting!
Coming off maternity leave i couldnt wait to get back in the gym and the 6 week challenge was the perfect introduction post C-section. While known as a crossfit gym, they also offer Ems Fitcamp, which offers a great alternative for those looking for something similar, but not quite ready to take the plunge. The classes include an extensive warm-up in addition to a fun atmosphere. I highly recommend either or both!!!!!
Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. You can really feel all the trainers enthusiasm for fitness and it shows during the classes. The best part is all fitness levels are welcome and they curtail the workout to meet your fitness needs. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely love Newport Fitness!!! Everyone is so helpful, encouraging and fun to be around. I love how they have classes that fit my busy schedule and childcare so I can’t make any excuses.
Tried about 4 different gyms until I ran across their 6 week challenge and couldnt stay away! Absolutely love Ems Fit Camp, great option for those not interested in using the barbell. The best part is they have plenty of classes to choose from, making impossible not to fit in your schedule.
The gym, coaches, and people there are great! I was not able to do a lot of the lifts at first but have improved week after week of going. They also have great cleaning guidelines as well.

Started my challenge 5 weeks ago and so happy with my results. My fears of being out of shape starting another weight loss, get in shape journey were pushed aside when i walked in. Very professional. Trainers are top notch. The go through all the workouts at beginning of class. Im very impressed with the beginners orientation and the weight loss/ diet app. This was a bonus and gave me a baseline on where to start. Im sold on this place. Love you Newport Fitness
While looking for a new gym, someone recommended Newport Fitness to me and I am so glad they did! I love that there are plenty of classes to choose from at all different times of days. Starting a new gym can also be intimidating but the trainers are so nice and willing to help you with any questions you have during the workout.
Excellent gym, great trainers. They have a great beginners program that took a complete neophyte like myself and tough me all the skills needed to participate in the daily exercises. Can’t recommend enough!
The owners and instructors are all very helpful and friendly with the 6 week challenge. Helped me with form and execution from day 1 as if I had been a member there for awhile. It was a no brainer to sign up at the end of 6 week challenge and advance my fitness goals to the next level!

The 6 week challenge was a good motivator and starting point for someone who has never worked out before. The workouts were intense but left feeling great and accomplished. What I enjoyed most was the class environment and the trainers are awesome.
My wife and I saw they’re free Saturday class and decided to try it out. We fell in-love with the experience instantly. They require you to attend 9 beginners classes if you have never tried CrossFit and this was really ideal for us to learn moves, form and slow climb into understanding what CrossFit is all about. All of the instructors were great and helpful along with other members in being patient and flexible with our learning curve. We tried the 6-week challenge and it too was a great idea to motivate us and get us into the CrossFit lifestyle. We’re making the jump to invest into a longer membership and are looking forward to more results!
I’m a beginner when it comes to the gym, but the staff has been so friendly and patient in helping me to learn and modify different exercises as necessary. I feel I’ve made progress in such a short time and look forward to a routine I can finally stick with to meet my future goals!
