We recently scheduled to have our windows and carpets cleaned. Weve lived in this home for 20 years and our windows have never been cleaner; Juan did a fabulous job! And then Jeff came a few days later and was quick and thorough in cleaning our carpets, area rugs, and some furniture pieces. I appreciate them wearing masks, introducing themselves, and being very professional. Thanks ACM!

Associated Cleaning Services recently deep cleaned our library- carpets, windows, tile floors, everything. They did a terrific job. The library looks so much brighter- it will be very welcoming to our patrons when we are able to reopen!

Paid them hundreds of dollars to clean our carpet. Newer carpet just stains from our dogs. And the carpet was 0% cleaner. Went and rented a rug doctor end it did 10x the cleaning that they did.

I had to get a second carpet cleaning done prior to moving in. I called Associated Cleaning Services. A previously filthy carpet, cleaner after the first carpet cleaning, but was still smelling like smoke and just wasnt clean. Jeff did such a wonderful, careful, detailed job. I highly recommend this company!

Weve contracted with ACS to clean our windows and carpet. Last year, Juan did an absolutely amazing job of covering our 3-story townhouse windows inside and out and Jeff got our carpets sparkling clean. This year, Jeff did all windows and both employees were highly professional and thorough in their efforts. We will continue to contract them for our needs and recommend them highly.

ACS is our cleaning company here at the City of Corvallis. They do an excellent job on the day to day and with any extra cleanings required. Want to give a specific mention of Rob Ledberry there. He is an excellent manager and is proactive in his approach to customer service. He is always available for questions or concerns and does an excellent job!!

Ive been so incredibly pleased with this company! Each employee that Ive come into contact with, either in person or on the phone, has been so kind... the administrative staff are extremely knowledgeable about cleaning aspects and what works best for each different item being cleaned - like carpets, windows, gutters and the outside of our home. ACS has provided each of these services to our family. They are priced great, very nice, timely - both in scheduling and work being performed, and the outcome of their work has been amazing! ACS is a lifesaver for our family!

People in charge there are not very nice to me or their neighbors. People who clean are friendly but management needs training on customer service and politeness. I cant recommend them as a company.

Juan has cleaned our windows several times and always does a dreat job

We started using ACS weekly service in April of 2006. We moved our business in September of 2008 and decided to use a local service. Over the course of 7.5 years we used 4 different services with many errors being made: lights on, doors unlocked, garbage not emptied.We called Levi (owner) and asked for a bid. Not only were they lower but they offered more for that amount! We went back to ACS in April of 2016 and havent had one regret! Great company and customer rep Rob checks with us regularly! I never write reviews but i had to after the AMAZING customer service!!!!We had a huge mix up at the apartment i was renting and the door was locked while i was out of town by mistakeTheir Employee Key is the best he went out of his way to make sure i was still able to get the carpets cleaned. He waited for a relative to show up so he was still able to help me! VERY Friendly staff, if i was still living in the area they would be the only carpet cleaning company i would useAlso Key Deserves a raise!!

Inconsistent cleaning. Have issues with lights being left on and doors open and/or unlocked including exterior doors. Cleaning agreement is not followed regularly .Management is always quick to follow up and work to correct issues, however one should not have to go to the management so often.

They left my house open by mistake and then accused me of lying about it. Told me to never call them again. Then apologized when they realized they did leave the home unlocked.
