My sunroof on my F150 broke. I called several places and the prices where outrageous! Ace Auto got my vehicle in within a couple days and had less than a one day turn around. They knew the exact problem as I explained it over the phone. The price was very reasonable and the job was perfect!! There were no “hidden costs”. I would highly recommend Ace Auto!

Went to get new speakers because music sounded terrible in my car. Rather than just take my money, they suggested it might be the radio thats the problem. Got a new radio for cheaper than speakers and still works great 2-3 years later

I took my 18 Camry to Ace Auto to have remote start put in. I went there after seeing reviews of my nearby Florence shop mentioning rude staff. They got me in with very short notice, calling them the day before. They installed it and I had an issue with the original security on the car not being bypassed. They yet again brought me in with very short notice and got it fixed for free and before I had to go to my doctors appointment. The staff here are extremely courteous and they seemed extremely happy to have my business. It may not be the cheapest place, as I was charged 425 for remote start, but the staff here will make it right. I have already recommended this shop to friends and family.

Never have I felt more as an inconvenience as a customer then my first time coming here to Ace. First arriving to Ace the doors to the sales floor and office were locked. I arrived at 2:45 pm.I then tried to find an employee which was a service employee who rudely directed me to that locked doors I had just came from and told “someone will be there”.I was then greeted by what I can only assume was a Sales person who gruffly greeted me.I told him what I was looking for and seeking and was told they wouldn’t be able to get to it got a few weeks.This was an easy sale and a sale that could have had additional sales added. I wanted to buy speakers, have my auto-start reinstalled and have my radio & speakers installed.But for whatever reason I will never know I was treated as a non-priority and sent on my way.I hate to even say this but the 2 staff I interacted with looked as they were Boomers.So, sorry Boomer. You passed on what could have been a decent sale.My advice to others: Dont waste your time here as I just did. Go to a business that appreciate your patronage during these hard time for small businesses such like this one, Ace Auto.

Its quite ridiculous that you go to a company and ask for a price quote. The owner agrees to provid you with quote to perform the job. A week later, you go back because you havent heard from anyone concerning the quote. The response you get is very rude and unprofessional. I dont even want to do the job. Like really. Are you running a professional business or not? Is is because of the pigmentation of my skin? If you felt as though you couldnt perform the job, therefore you decided to not give a quote. Then simply call the contact number given and state so. Whether the job is too big for you or youre understaffed. Whatever the case, there is no sense in being rude and unprofessional. I should have not given this company the benefit of the doubt to begin with, you werent friendly from the start. Yet, I decided to look passed ignorance that was shown and give you try. Dark skin people dont waste your time... Either they are going to jack your price up or turn you away after stating theyll provide you with a quote; knowing it was their intentions to not do anything whatsoever. Bad business.

Took my truck to get a new stereo, they replaced it and called me and said that the speakers were in bad shape thats mostly why it sounded bad. they replaced those within a couple hours and had me back on my way for a good price. then a couple months later my radio quit. I took it back and they were working on it right away. turns out i have a some kind of problem with my fuse block. they fixed all of it for free the same day in just a couple hours and i was on my way. amazing customer service, good prices, and nice guys to work with. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

DONT EVER COME HERE THEY REWIRED ONE OF MY WIRES AND MY CAR SHUT OFF AND SAID ENGINE POWER REDUCED. i HAD TO TAKE IT TO CHEVY AND THEY HAD TO REPROGRAM MY COMPUTER IN MY CAR THAT COST ME 200. I BROUGHT MY CAR TO THEM WITH THE PAPER WORK SHOWING THAT THEY HOOKED THE WIRE TO MY IGNITION RELAY FUSE. THATS WHAT CAUSED MY CAR TO CUT OFF. SO ME THINKING THEY WOULD GIVE ME THAT 200 BACK THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULDNT AND THAT THE WIRE WASNT THE PROBLEM. cHEVY HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE RIGHT THING FOR YOU TO HAVE DONE WAS JUTS GIVE ME THE 200 BACK CAuse im a very faithful customer. but i would suggest not to go there not friendly at all. will post picture later
