Smith Bros did our floors back in 2017 for our house in Carrollton. They came out beautiful!!! I can’t emphasize how awesome they are and how smooth the whole process was. I was shocked when they quoted me...I was expecting a pricey job for the square footage we had and it was surprisingly lower than that. That small change made our whole house look brand new. If you need your floors refinished, don’t go anywhere else!!!

I believe Mr. Troy Smith may be the *wood floor whisperer*. He looked at my floors and could tell me the Forest and the tree they came from. Not really, but it felt like it. Incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft and it shows! I have gorgeous floors now thanks to Smith Brothers Enterprises. Highly recommend them!!!!

Smith Brothers restored our 1920 oak floors to a beautiful satin shine. We loved that they put down stain samples on our floor for us to determine the best color for us. Our floors needed minor repairs and they are seamless from old to new wood. The owner, office staff, and laborers were always professional, respectful, dependable, and polite. They were always prompt and stayed until their daily tasks were completed. Our floors are gorgeous and friends are asking for their name!!! I would use them again and again if flooring services were needed.

In this day and time of hurry up, no customer service.. it is a pleasure to stumble on a wonderful,friendly,clean,conscientious,well trained,best customer service contractor I have come across in quite some time. I manage a family owned (40 years in business) car repair facility, so I know something about old fashioned, caring business practices!!! Smith’s has it, hands down. From the young lady answering the phone, to Mr Smith, to every young man entering my home.!! My father and I have spent years completely remodeling my small Hampton home. After creating a open concept home, from the front door looking thru the home to a beautiful Pella slider, these floors had to pop!!! Mr Smiths team beautifully laced new and old wood, and did a great job of closely matching the stains. If this job was not done well, man it would negate everything we were trying to build. My father showed me how to alway strive to do a job to to perfection. With this Philosophy, it is hare to trust a contractor to live up to that. Mr Smith and company shows me daily that they too believe in that old fashioned way of business. And the price was right in line with what I had Anticipated! Fairly priced!!!!! Hire this company, so we in Hampton can keep this wonderful business around for a very long time. It would be a tragedy to loose them.!!!!! If you hire Mr Smith, take time to leave a review. We are so happy with our new living room. They did such a wonderful job on our floor and it looks amazing! They were a pleasure to work with and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who either needs new flooring or a floor refinished.

They refinished our dining room floor almost 8 years ago. To this day I tell everyone that out of all the work weve had done to our home, the floor refinishing was by far the best.The men were professional, courteous and thorough and 8 years later it still looks exceptional.It is such a blessing to actually find businesses who truly work with integrity and excellence.

Originally my floor was covered with carpet when I bought it. I wasn’t sure if the condition of the hardwood could be refinished but luckily it could. Mr. Thomas & Edward did an wonderful job at restoring my original pine wood floors. It looks as if it was just installed. They were prompt every day for the job & came at the times they would. They were very professional & left the job site clean daily so I didn’t have dust and dirt everywhere. The pricing of this company is competitive but if you’re looking for excellent quality I would recommend them first. The lady who anawers the phone is very sweet & professional as well but I do not know her name. Thank you Smith Bros I’ll be using you all in the future for all my homes.
