Reliable, hard-working, reasonably priced.Truman listened to my concerns about trees too close to the house and proposed a viable solution while still keeping the trees.The job also involved lowering the heights of the trees and he and his crew made sure I was satisfied with the height trimmed before more was taken off.It was apparent that the crew was knowledgeable and took pride in their work.I was impressed by how meticulously the work was done—including cleaning up! They left our front yard cleaner than they found it!

After my wife scheduled no less than 8 different tree companies to give us estimates we chose Absolute Tree Care. They provided the best estimate for our budget and timing. Very disappointed at both the quality of wood and the quantity of wood I received in a recent firewood order. The price tag of $200 for a cord of wood delivered (dumped) is already more than I can find elsewhere. However when it arrived the wood is anywhere from 3 inch chucks to over 2ft long. Also while there is a little oak mixed in the majority of my pile is a very light soft white wood (some of which is rotten). Ill be lucky if this delivery lasts me a week and a half. Would not recommend and will not use again.

Expertly cut down a difficult tree between my home and the neighbor. The job went so smoothly that my neighbors were not aware the tree was cut until Halloween. This should have been Absolute Tree Surgeon not Absolute Tree Care. One word can mess your whole good wishes for the a company, I live in Vabch not Newport.

This company is exceptional in every way. They are efficient, trustworthy and extremely professional. They work with a sense of purpose and have all the right tools to get the job done. A tree fell on my house 2 days ago. After receiving their timely invoice, BBB report and all the appropriate certificates, my claims adjuster was able to approve the work needed immediately. Truman & Tim, The 2 Ts, are wonderful together and as individuals. Tims winning smile, makes him easily approachable. Trumans steely eye determination tells you hes a man of his word. As a team theres nothing these two cant accomplish in the competitive tree business. If these very honest businessmen agree to do your work, then theres nothing left for you to say except, How do you take your coffee in the morning.

Tim and Truman, the co-owners, came to Charleston after Hurricane Dorian brought high winds and lots of tree damage to the area. They stopped by our house to offer removal of a maple tree that broke off in our lake and fell across our drive.They had a Bobcat and used plywood sheets to protect the ground. They had the tree cut up and out for debris pickup in short order. They swept the drive. They did leave the broken trunk, but we agreed to that since it’s not visible from the house.Very good price, professional work, and very well mannered. Really appreciated their work ethic, and it was wonderful to have the tree removed in a timely fashion.

Tim, Truman and crew came to help Hurricane Michael survivors with their tree removal issues. I had them work on two properties and I can only say they did a fantastic job. They did not try to take advantage of the bad situation by over charging like 99 percent of the other tree services. They worked hard, at a reasonable rate and were friendly, courteous and respectful of the properties. I wish they lived in the area as they would be my go to tree service company that I would always use and highly recommend to everyone!!!

Never completed the job. Cleanup was average at best. The first time they came out to grind stumps they forgot plywood sheets to lay over my lawn and my back yard was damaged. I was told that they would return with plywood, repair my yard, and finish grinding the stumps but Ive heard nothing from them for over 3 months. I had high hopes for this company based on reviews, word of mouth, and personal interaction. I guess Im the unlucky one.

Fair price: my neighbor used a different service to remove the portion of the tree that fell on their property and that service scolded Tim for not charging more because insurance would cover it... my insurance did NOT in fact cover it.Great service: Despite Tims best efforts, the lawn suffered some damage. He hauled in topsoil, filled all the ruts and spread premium grass seed without complaint. He even fixed some of the pavers on my patio...

Outstanding operation. Have used them for firewood, for limbing up large trees, and for felling older trees - they are expert at all three. Very fair prices, excellent service, and they clean up after themselves perfectly.
