They lock their own keys inside their own trucks and then blame you for it and hire a pop a lock with your card even after you pay for the insurance.

Stopped by to get Propane Tank filled at 4pm on 8-3-2020 the day before the Tropical Storm moves thru. I was told we are not filling propane tanks until 6 because of lighting. Called back at 6pm and was told not filling propane because of the storm. What storm. Any excuse not to fill propane tank. I would not recommend this facility.

A great outcome: Originally had an on-going hitch ordering/install appointment issues with this location for a few weeks - until Eric took over as the site manager about a week or so ago. He more than cleaned up the mess - got the hitch when he said he would, and installed as promised. A stand up guy who made things right. Appreciate his patience and willingness to work with us.

Its the biggest uhal place Ive ever seen. I said that to the guy at the counter - nothing; blank stare. I needed a larger propane tank filled. I told him 25pounds. He said 30 pounds? I said maybe so. Again blank stare, like he was waiting for me to say something else. I said well, I need that size filled. He said to meet by the propane tank. I took the tank out of my truck. He put it on a stool thing, he hooked up the hose and turned his back. After a bit I walked where I could see his face and asked he he knows its full. He said when you see liquid spit out at you. Now, yes, thats a straight forward answer, but it already felt like I had irritated him. So the tone in which he answered, irritated me. I paid for it right there, outside. He said I was good to go. I then lifted the tank off the stool (about waist high) and load it into my truck. No, its wasnt dreadfully heavy. But Im a 50 year old woman and it was have been nice if this 20/30 yr old man would have at least offered to load it up for me. Ill go back tomorrow because I NEED to fill another tank, but if hes at the counter, I will definitely ask for someone with proper customer service skills!

Came for a refill propane tank and the girl didn’t want to fill it. Should have read the reviews of how lazy these folks are. Skip this U haul bad customer service overall

Poor customer services skills. I went at there for a gas tank refill and while I was waiting I proceed to hook up the little tank to the main hose. I was trying to be proactive, anyways the lady came out with a unfriendly aptitude, telling me that I cant hook up the tank to the hose. I knowledge her and I told her that I just want to help. I told her that been in the military we try to be proactive all the time, She said an sarcastic comment, well this is not the army. At that point I figure her out. Poor customer skills.

No more propane being filled here!They have been filling my propane tanks for the last several years. Stopped in today and the gal came out seemed like she was in a bad mood flipped my tank over said it had a bent edge and she would not fill the tank ever without a perfectly round circle base. I have never heard such a thing. When I arrived home, I had a neighbor look at the base, he spotted one small edge that was 1/8 of an inch out of round where the tank maybe came down on a pebble at some point. I’ve tried to support the local businesses as much as possible, but it looks like blue rhino will take over the industry...sad day .

Quick and easy. They have plenty of options there to suit your needs. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions to give you the best deal

Very poor customer service and was over charged. They do not care about anything other than the dollars. Even if they know they are wrong in doing so.

This U Haul site has thee most friendly and helpful employees. Always have the equipment needed and speedy service. I highly recommend them

Dont expect good service here. The hitch installation took way to long and the person who installs them showed up an hr late. This made me feel like there was no point in making a reservation. Then the customer service reps submit wrong information for the services u asked for. So i got charged for labor twice.Then on top off all that they wouldnt give me a discount with all the bs they put me through

Chris Davis (Owner) was extremely courteous and helpful when I turned in my rental equipment. I will definitely contact his store when I move again. Thanks again Chris!

Pretty disappointing. I bought a ball a hitch from this location. At the time I was told they couldn’t assemble them because their pneumatic system wasn’t working. I went back the following week and asked if their system was functional. They asked why. After I told them I had been on travel for a week and needed to install the ball on the hitch. I was told that it couldn’t be done after 48 hours... then recommended I take it to another location to have them do it.This was seriously disappointing in that the reason i came back was because their system was down. It didn’t matter to them.I’m not asking or telling anyone not to go to this location. That’s not what I’m about, but just keep in mind that if they can blow you off to save a couple minutes after they’ve sold you something, you may get the same treatment.I ended up installing it myself. In the end, that’s the last business they will get from me after having bought several hitches and moving items in the past. You need to learn that lazy employees (and/or ignorant business practices) are short lived and eventually cause a ripple effect with future business.

Let me tell you about Christine Taylor she is a very hard working lady that is dedicated to her job . When I went to go purchase my Uhaul there was nobody in the building I look and see somebody strapping on someone tires to the a customers Uhaul in my head Im thinking its a man but no no no its our favorite lady Christine . She was very busy today handling everything by herself and she did a damn good job . I really do appreciate certain people that keeps the customer happy no matter what the circumstances are . Thank you TO whoever that hired her lol more importantly THANK YOU CHRISTINE!!!

Walked in yesterday at 6pm rented a 20 truck in under 5 mins without a reservation. The woman that helped me was very polite and fast I would recommend this store.

I dont want to give this a bad review because they took care of what needed to be done and got me checked out quickly, but there are some issues they have with the computer system there. When turning in a uhaul from another store to this one as scheduled to it gives a wrong location fee (which I was not charged for hence the 4 stars). Overall nice employees and clean store. I was in and out quickly and they informed me of a few things I didnt know about uhaul that would have helped to know initially when I rented it from the other store.

The associates at this U-Haul were wonderful! Budget didnt stay true to my reservation so I walked in without a reservation needing a truck. They didnt have what I needed but they called around and found a U-Haul near that had one.

Fast, friendly, and convenient for filling propane tank as well as all the moving / storage items you would associate with U-Haul.Cheapest propane in town.
