They completed our 2018 taxes and the IRS is STILL ASKING questions on how they computed and they were fully aware of it. They will NOT return phone calls or emails. Now office is Closed down. Very poor customer service skills. No way to reach them

Pretty much one of the worst services Ive had. Paid $600 to get taxes done for my wife and I and should have just used TurboTax or the like. I thought we would have gotten some financial advice or better feedback for what we paid but that would have cost us more apparently. Just disappointing.

Mr. Jernigan is so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Plan to use him again in the future.

They are not taking any new clients but dont mention it on the website or answer the phone regularly so it took three days of calling before anyone answered to let me know I was wasting my time.
