Overworked, very underpaid. POOR management & horrible C.O.O. I liked that I got to help the community by dispersing Covid-19 government given funds when they really needed it. However, COO and other high up employees drive super nice cars as they continue to buy cars for employee use as well as MANY other luxuries that are completely unnecessary but will not pay employees a LIVEABLE wage. They expect you to go above and beyond and string you along with promises that never come to fruition. They should really focus on the community and the employees who help the community instead of trying to outdo the next company with unnecessary luxuries at the chief operating officers command.

HRCAP could be a great place to work, but the leadership is to busy worrying about how he looks, and buying things that has nothing to do with helping the community. I have never worked for a person like him before, he is a tyrant! Buying vehicles when they are not needed! We are supposed to be making sure we help the community not putting funds in his pockets. The worst type of person to be helping this community! He is the COO of the company and on a power trip, the turnover rate is ridiculous.
