They were able to come to my business and shred all my documents quickly and easily. When I talked to Claude from their office he said he would try to beat any competitors price, called back after I got a better price somewhere else and he was able to beat it - saving my business quite a bit of money. The tech that came to shred wasnt aware of the price change but quickly changed the price once I let him know before charging me. There is a service fee if you pay online via credit card but its removed if you pay by check or cash. Overall good experiance. Would use again if I find myself having lots of documents to shred (I had about 100 file boxes of full).
