If I was you I would stay away from this place. I usually dont write reviews unless its for a good reason I cant help myself here. Our toilet went out on Sunday night last week. On Monday we called Hodges to have them empty our septic tank they said they couldnt get here till Wednesday, we called another place they said they could get here Tuesday but because Hodges was cheaper we went with them. I saw The truck pull up our neighbors driveway, and then back out and drive away. I figured they would just turn around the block and come back. An hour later I call the main number for them and ask them what is going on. The person that answered the phone said that they had drove up and saw that we had a fence so they couldnt do the job, I said we have two openings in our fence one big enough to fit a truck. She said well theres a car in your driveway, I said Ive moved the car out of the driveway. And then she told me the driver didnt want to do the job because its just too much work for the driver. I said were you going to call and tell me and she said well I knew youd call at some point today. I want to remind you that I have not had a toilet for three days at this point and now I have to find another company who will come out and do the job for us. Luckily for us we found another wonderful company that was able to come out that night and get the situation fixed and it wasnt even the septic tank it was just a problem with our toilet that was able to be fixed within a matter of minutes. If I was you I would be very hesitant to use this company, I will also tell everybody I know not to use them.

In my opinion this is one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL companies Ive ever had the misfortune to deal with. Childish behavior on the part of the owner and staff.
