I understand its not traditional for an Insurance agent to comment on a realtor but I have worked with many of Danas clients in helping them secure insurance on their homes from our brokerage and havent ever had so many clients brag about their realtor! Ive decided to contact Dana quite a few times on questions that I needed answered to get the insurance better pricing and I can honestly say, I now understand why her clients Rave about her! Dana is responsive, detailed oriented, and exudes true passion for what she does!

Dana, and her assistant Jennifer, are wonderful and Id highly recommend them as your real estate team! I worked with Dana to sell my home recently and was so thankful I chose her as my agent. Dana and Jennifer are professional, knowledgeable and super responsive! They know the market, other agents in the area and numerous contractors/companies that you may need for repairs so they bring a wealth of knowledge to the home buying and selling experience. Dana is also a fighter and will advocate for your best interests and requests when buying or selling your home. I was thankful to have her expertise and advice on my side. Id highly recommend her team for any real estate needs you have!

We did not have a great experience with Dana selling our home, which is very sad because I have known Dana personally about 10 years. It did eventually close but not without lots of issues related to not properly qualifying our buyers who had serious lending issues and had to switch lenders, I was constantly having to ask what was happening but an email was always left in her drafts. I am unsure how she is a top performer because she treated us very poorly and failed to act in good faith several times. As a result, we lost about $10,000. She never apologized or tried to rectify the situation but rather back peddled and made excuses. There are a lot of other realtors out there. Pick someone else who will treat you better and be more concerned about doing the right thing rather than her commission. These comments come about 2 months after the dust settled so my comments have been majorly reeled in. We are still contemplating an ethics complaint.
