I deliver here and they have great hospitality

I was employed at “us lawns” for a couple of days. During my short tenure they were very unprofessional. They have very poor communication and they do not consider their employees safety or wellbeing. At this particular location there was no organization also. Finally, but not least, the amount of deceit regarding pay and paying employees on time is ridiculous. Just go to Brightview landscaping.

If you want to see the shoddy and sorry work they do that we pay for, drive into The Grove at the Arboretum 23320, Chesapeake!! I am so done calling and talking to the managers and they DO NOT DO ANYTHING. We pay dues for landscaping and they do not landscape!! Im reporting them to BBB. Im done.🤬🤬🤬

Good ol boys in my book to work with...

Last month this company was doing lawn work at the condo I live in. Half way through their work, one of their employees was cutting the grass by my car, and a rock flew into my back car window and broke my window. Obviously, this was a complete accident. Well thankfully there was a camera that recorded the entire incident, because without that, I would have had to pay for a $400 window out of my pocket. The employee who indirectly (and accidentally) broke my car window along with his coworker saw what happened, walked away and did not leave a note for me. I came home from work so frightened because there was no note on my car with an explanation of what happened. Thankfully there was a video that showed everything though. Even though it was an honest mistake, they decided to walk away and leave me to pay the $400 to replace my window.
