My experience with SoftWash Pros was superb from start to finish. The website is incredibly easy to use and informative, and I really appreciated the instant quote feature. The crew was awesome--they came out when they said they would, and were very careful to move all plants, etc., and spray plants down with water to avoid chemical damage. My house looks perfect. I could not be more pleased.

Your roof/siding will be clean but your grass/vegetation will be dead by the next day anywhere they didnt spray with water. My tech told me he was in a rush to get to the next house or his job was on the line, and it shows. To me this is a management problem. They also did not disclosed that they use bleach, which I am allergic to. I had to go sit in my car while they were spraying. They need to be more transparent about what is in their cleaners, and the OWNER should have called me back about the tech. Instead, I got a call from the girl in the office and then was confronted by the tech about the call. I wont have them back.

My house was covered in green alge and looked like it hadnt been cleaned since 1940 thanks to softwash pros it looks amazing and brand new! Cant get better quality and service anywhere else. My technicians were Johnson, Nick and Shelton, Joseph. They were on time and went above and beyond expectations their attention to detail and work ethic is beyond rare in todays society. Parents with Alzheimers and having to get their house ready to sell was a major task! The white brick was turning black from years of neglect. So I went online and searched, called several companies and Derek Whiteside and Ashley helped me decide that their company was the best option for our house. They came out gave me a quote and then I scheduled them to come out and SoftWash the house, all the surrounding sidewalks, driveway and the back cement around the pool. All were black from auto exhaust and pollution. I can now say the house looks great and they took special care in everything they did to clean it up. They are a top notch company.

This company seems to have no quality control and will not return my calls. My father had a job done and it was not done to completion,and the parts that were done were patchy and messy. They got stain I on my windows as well.as ruining the commer on the house. They came out eventually to fix ot and did no such thing. The techs that came out said they would get us a partial refund and havent head a thing. You would think a veteran run business would take care of other veterans....such a waste.

Derek and Tim were courteous professionals during their short visit.We scheduled a full roof cleaning to remove dark mold from our shingle roof. The house is a one story ranch style about 2000 square feet. The guys arrived within the stated three hour service window and completed the work in less than an hour. The roof was installed in 2006 and hasn’t been serviced in the last 13 years. When they left, it honestly looked brand new.I commend the company to anyone looking to freshen up the house or provide curb appeal. For us, it’s a blessing as we prepare to sell our home. 100% worth the investment to have professional do the work!!

We used soft wash pros to have our house cleaned. They had done our house for us 2 years prior after we bought it. Both times the work was utterly fantastic the outside was in disarray because we have 22 trees and gets green really badly. They made our 30 year old house look brand new both times and would highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them in the future. They were very respectful and courteous. We will continue to use them every spring as opposed to every other. They are fairly priced and the quality of service is top of the line.

Our house looks brand new! We were going to get all our trim painted or coated caused it looked so bad but after SoftWash Pros cleaned it, thats no longer necessary. The process to get an estimate was easy and very quick. The tech arrived on time and did a very good job. There was a minor issue that we found when the siding dried. What really pleased me was that when I let Derek know about it he was eager and quick to resolve it. For me the fact that it needed a little touch up wasnt a big deal. What insured a 5 star rating was how they handled the issue. You can find many companies that will perform a service, but finding one that will handle an issue quickly without any problems is more difficult. I dont know when I may need another service but I wouldnt hesitate to call them again! The tech came back today and everything looks great!
