I paid to have a project printed and cut and when I arrived, first they said I did not pay to do that. They consulted receipt when I objected and then cut them for me. That said, they cut them so carelessly that they were crooked. When I objected, they told me there was a paper cutter available for me to use if I wanted to. I ended up asking them to trim them. I then had to pay again for the trim. Horrible service and rude staff. They also continued to walk away from customer in front of them to answer the phone. Very, very surprised for a Fed-Ex office location that is supposed to make things easier for the customer to operate in such an unfriendly way. As well, I called to confirm this job was ready because I was in a rush. After I asked for them to cut correctly, it took considerable time to get the finished product.

Never wasting my time with them ever again. KJ, or whatever her name is, was especially rude and unhelpful. Used to be a good location to get prints done, but I will go elsewhere

We drove all the way out here because we needed to ship something early and we’re thankful because they opened at 8. (According to online and the front door) when we got there, no one was there but plenty of people in the parking lot waiting. After 15 minutes we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Unreliable location. Unreliable all together. I’ve called the number and of course no answer. It wouldn’t be such a big deal if we lived closer. Don’t waste your time.

Today, Ive went in to return a product due to damage. (Fed Ex Licensed truck Number : 135-724. He damaged the product) The front lady has excellent customer service and we had a great conversation while helping me return the item in the box. If I need to send a package again, I will use this location. Thank you.

This location is closed on Sundays now. I drop of packages here a few times a week and everyone is kind and helpful at this location.

Came to this facility to ship hot documents and no one was in the store. Doors locked, no signs. Fwd ex is pathetic. Please get qualified staffing at this location.

Showed up Sunday after 12pm, website says you’re open the store hours say you’re open. There’s like 15 people here and the store is closed. Phone number has no connection option for finding out why there’s no one working.

Always get my best service here.Staffs: friendly, decent and enthusiastic. Feel good whenever I get here.Facility: wide office, easy for me to move packages. (They always have carts available!!!). I think its great if there is a button to open the door since sometimes I have many packages.Service: normally the packages get out at 6PM but still I got my items shipped the same day when I posted around 6:10 or 6:15. Thank you for that. And FedEx never upset me for its shipping time and rate.Area and parking: 5/5 for parking area, cant be better. 4/5 for entering from the main road (no traffic lights but very easy though). 5/5 when turning right to the main road. But 3/5 for accessing the main road by turning left (its a medium road so be careful on rush hours).

The staff is not particularly helpful.Spend 30 minutes there, and eventually was not able to create a shipping label.None of staff didnt want to help me creating the label over the computers in the office.

The location was excellent, facilities were very clean and everything was nice and organized the way a proper business should be. If you happen to walk in on any given day most of the employees will give you the proper welcome and assist you as soon as they are available. Unfortunately if you come in contact with an employee named Alex then expect rude unprofessional service that will probably frustrate you as much as it did me. Conducting yourself like an unprofessional while conducting business is not proper etiquette especially in a global organization like FedEx. Customer complaint was filed with district manager and corporate.

Staff seems to be helpful at first but quickly have an attitude when you ask them to do something that requires more than a simple task of charging your card. Both employee and assistant manager were rude and showed no effort to resolving my issue. The company I work for has a relationship with FedEx to print and ship and they extend the same relationship for their employees to FedEx to print or ship whatever they like. Apparently, the staff here, including management do not know this and will not listen to me as I have performed the same transaction at other FedEx locations. They accuse me of using corporate discounts for personal gain. They either need to find another job (not customer service) or go back to training.

I had a set of china from my late mother, my daughter in CO wanted it. I took it to this location to pack and ship. They did an awesome job it arrived to her in perfect condition. Thank you for making me and my daughter happy.

It is amazing that a company can exist while providing such consistently terrible customer service. This location packaged an expensive item for me and then delivered an empty package to the destination. It was clear that although it was only ever in Fed Exs possession, it had been intentionally opened (cut) and the item stolen. It was delivered to a controlled building and left already opened in that building. Fed Ex made no effort to investigate the actual whereabouts of the item or talk to any drivers but rather started a claim. They constantly claimed they would call back in an hour, never did. Every time I called back, they gave me a variety of inaccurate information and they actually closed the claim several times without any investigation. Finally, they respectfully declined the claim because the package was marked as delivered (SERIOUSLY?)...save yourself some trouble and go to UPS, especially if it is valuable.

Drivers will steal your packages.. proved by own experience and they will not reimburse you

Ive received consistently polite, prompt and attentive service here - especially from Luke and Keisha. I just wish they were 24/7 like they once were. Location is excellent. I go there any time that I need copies or desktop services.

Terrible service. Went in to get something printed and the manager opened the file and immediately dismissed the possibility of helping. I went to the Office Max print shop down the street, and they helped with no problem. They formatted the image and printed it off with no problem at all. Maybe FedEx/Kinkos shouldnt be so dismissive of customers.

I was there for almost 2hrs. Trying to get College email transcript form on my phone printed off it.I was attended by 3 employees, I was told repeatedly to send it to the front counter computer attempted it with one employee about 5 times at least before I was told the computer couldnt receive the document from Links. Which was my cell phone. That I would have to use the customer computer to send it to the front counter computer. I was frustrated and in pain due to having both hip joints surgically replaced.I do have to admit that part of that time was my fault,because I had not filled in the information on the document before I went there,so I was also the cause of the length of time I was standing. They were all very professional with me the whole time. IASIA Green.

A very helpful gentleman helped me when I needed a fax late at night. Even though it was almost closing time he didnt rush and made sure I had everything I needed.

Issaic was super friendly! He was able to handle multiple customers at the same time while being able to let each one know their business was valued.

These guys will collect your money, tracking system is not working, you know nothing about your package, and when you call them, all you get is apologies?!! They themselves know nothing about your package, never again!!

Customer service is pathetic. They refused to take a return package because it did not have bubble rap in the box, but they would gladly repack the item for me, for a fee of course. It was a modem that was packed exactly like the one sent to me as a replacement. Same box, same everything... After the manager or whomever she was broke out her ghetto attitude, they finally shipped the package. They might be alright for prints and copies, but after today Ill never find out... BIG RED FLAG!!!!

Walked in no one greeted me. Immediately greeted the next person that came in. Girl at counter rolls her eyes at me when asked for help and then the computer freezes and I get charged $9 to scan one document and email it. This individual was racist and I dont appreciate being charged over because the computer froze. Completely horrible experience and I will never return.

Customer service was utterly pathetic. I called and very kindly asked about my package, and ended up getting an attitude from a man named Keith the minute I asked my question. What has happened to society? If you decide to take a job doing customer service, dont give an attitude toward the customers, of which you are giving service, due to your lack of interest in your career. Disgraceful.

ALWAYS ask for a quote. I needed 40 color copies. They charged me $175!! My fault for not getting a price quote first but I never would have expected a card stock paper to be standard. I just needed some fliers, not a high gloss business presentation.
