What a terrible excuse for a closing company. Considering that their name is The Closers, one would expect that they would actually close deals, right? Wrong! We had multiple deals with them that were over a month late to close (NOT DUE TO COVID, we would understand that). Apologies? No. Excuses. MANY. In fact, several title searches were never even ordered in that time period. So basically, in that amount of time that they were supposed to be closing our deals, they hadnt worked on them at all. For one of the transactions that I gave them, the manager told me that she had never even received it a day before the closing date. I emailed it to her and one of her staff members almost 3 weeks prior, and had followed up with her via phone conversation about this deal during which she stated that she was just waiting on the title search. Every deal we have given this company to handle has closed exceptionally late or literally didnt even close at all, and the main excuse they use is to push it off on the third party title search company that they use. I could go on and on with all of the issues we experienced with this company, but its not worth it. Thankfully, we were able to salvage our deals by switching to another title company. I got two replies to emails prior to advising that what theyre doing is reportable. There is absolutely no communication standard here. They will not confirm receipt of your emails, and they will screen your calls, not answering or transferring you over to the person you need to speak to unless they have a handle on what is going on with your deals. I was told that a couple of our deals were put on the back burner, so I guess thats why I hardly heard from the company and could not get in touch with them via email or even phone. We had to take our business elsewhere, which is very unfortunate because they were a convenient option for our business. Oh, also, they didnt even offer any type of discount for our late closing, one being over a month and a half late. Nope, they got full-price. Save yourself some headaches and use anyone else.

This is THE WORST. TITLE AGENCY. I HAVE EVER used.These folks were terribly slow at everything.They did not have a proper ALTA at closing.They did not have a full and proper set of closing documents at closing and had to amend the documents later.They held money for longer than they were supposed to.They cut cheques in the wrong amounts.They failed to put the Account reference Data on the cheques so that creditors would credit our accounts.The whole thing cost us an entire months worth of fees do to poor service of this Title Co.I would not recommend them again.

Great company. They came through for me big time in March 2020 when other title companies could not plus many more transactions since then for me. Bella, Kim, starlette and Andrea are all great to work with. Highly recommend to any realtors or home buyers and sellers

Great company. Ive done many loans through them and never a hitch. They are responsive, efficient and friendly and you can reach Bella after hours if need be.

I was excited to work with this team. They sure talked a good game. Maybe cause I was a “simple” closing it fell through the cracks.-closing papers had numerous clerical issues-called me back next day after closing and said we need another check for 2 things we did not charge for-At closing I was told my loan was a “simple” loan and this should be quick. As I was reviewing my papers the lady informed me she had to be somewhere at 3:30. (Closing was at 3 PM) I said “would you like to schedule another day?” She said “no it’s fine.” When I pointed out errors I got the oh we will fix after you sign? Isn’t it your job to have your t’s crossed and i’s dotted? Then the owner said I’m so sorry for it all. Well I hate to say this but you had one job and you didn’t do it!I would shop around, pay the extra money for good-considerate customer service, accurate closing pricing and accurate-completed paperwork.

I recently worked with Kimberly at The Closers of Virginia first with purchasing a new home and then again to sell my old one. Kimberly was great to work with and I found the Closers pricing to be the best in the area. The service was well worth it and made what is typically a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Highly recommend.

One of the greatest and smoothiest transactions have ever had! The closers are the best! If you think about buying or selling a house or a commercial building please call the closers and save yourself some headaches!
