I called on New Years Eve to see if I could have some help getting my computer repaired. I was answered very promptly and asked to come into the store with my rig.I rely on my computer to make a living so it was extremely important I got my computer back that day. Im a student at Christopher Newport University. I managed to accidentally step on my macbook air the day before classes started and the LCD was completely damaged. I was unable to do anything on my laptop, which I needed for online classes and homework. When looking for places to get it fixed, I was told it would take a week to get the part needed and the cost would be $260. Luckily, I found Wayno. The very next day, I went in to the office (which is conveniently located pretty much on campus) and was able to talk to the owner. He ended up having the part I needed on hand and was able to fix my laptop in a matter of hours. The service was very personal and cheaper than other options. I was saved a lot of hassle and time by going to Wayno. I would highly recommend this place for any electronic repairs.

Had a problem with wiring not only did he fix it in a very timely manner but he also was willing to teach me a few things so I was able to learn more about computers. He was very responsive and keeps you up to date on anything going on with your computer. The owner is very quick to respond to inquiries and very helpful. He replaced the hinges and bezel around my laptop screen and cleaned the fans all in a few hours time. He also glued the hinges to the palmrest as the plastic around the screws of my palmrest was broken, which saved me a ton of money and time as I didnt need to order a new palmrest. I also picked the laptop up after working hours, he stays if people really need their laptop for work the next day. An expert owner wholl make sure your laptop gets the best care, this is the best place to go around here for your computer repairs.

Ed was awesome. Couldn’t fix my MacBook because it would cost more than what it was worth, which Apple wanted $550 for, but he did show me a workaround that’ll cost me about $20. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a laptop with a broken screen that we had taken to another shop who informed us they could not fix it after 3 weeks of waiting and multiple issues. We were starting to think all may be lost. However, Wayno Enterprises fixed the screen within an hour of us walking in. To say we were thrilled is an understatement. Big Box Store told me I needed to send my laptop back to the manufacturer bc they didn’t know what was wrong and couldn’t figure out the problem. Wayno Enterprise diagnosed within 30 minutes, ordered, replaced, and quality-checked the issue with ease and professionalism. He tested it the same way the big box store did, and found the problem right away, where as they were left clueless. That saved me a lot of money and headaches. Big box store wanted me to deal with the manufacturer and they pretty much gave up before even trying. Wayno not only fixed it for the original concern, but he advised on how I could enhance its operating ability (and with my confirmation) he did it with a fair and competitive rate. I had my sons laptop repaired about two weeks ago and have had no issues with it. The repair was done in two days and he even replaced the keyboard without an additional charge. We have been going to Way No Enterprises for about 6 years and he is excellent at his craft. We usually go for repair issues however this time we got a whole new computer. We got a custom built one with all the latest software and the speed is awesome. More cost effective than going to a store to purchase one but we also got more bang for our buck as well. He is extremely knowledgeable and great at explain things which makes his customer service more than accomodating.
