Secure-It, Inc. of Newport News/Poquoson, VA, owes us $17 for a refund of our last month of service, which we did not use and for which we paid in advance prior to selling our home at 2533 Nestlebrook Trail, Virginia Beach, VA. We had paid for April through May in advance and well before the closing date of May 30, 2017 we had contacted Secure-It on three separate occasions to both cancel our services effective May 30 and request a refund of the unused/pre-paid $17 for the month of June. We later called again and recently wrote a letter to them (Attn: Brad Chauvin) at their corporate address of record in Poquoson, VA. Still no reply or much less any sign of a $17 refund.
