What started out as a great experience ended in a great loss. The first two or three orders were great but then it went down hill fast. My last order was picked up a day late and then there was ZERO communication after I asked repeatedly what happened to the service. I tried calling A NUMBER of times but no one ever answered and the VM box was full. The chat wasn’t monitored by a human and I never received a reply to my distressed emails. As a customer, I can’t recommend this service. Last but not least, my last order was returned damaged. I know better than to try to ask for recompense. There is simply no one on the other end to pick up. Really sad.

Our washer broke down on Sunday last week. Ive never used a laundry service. Due to unexpected death in our family. Family members staying with us, trying to work and limited time. Reviewing local laundromat. I found bolt service on line and decided this would help. So glad I did. Excellent service.

The laundry is very good. They did an excellent job but I never received a receipt and I was charged 15.99 for a blanket that was not included in my laundry.

I had traveled to Newport News for work during the week and stayed over the weekend before the next work week. After my hotel’s laundry facilities broke down mid-wash load cough **Hilton** cough, Bolt Laundry rescued my laundry. Sign up in the app was simple. First time ordering was easy. I left the clothes (soaking wet in a bag) at the front desk for the Bolt Laundry driver to pickup. I was able to select a pickup the night before. Pickup was on-time. The turnaround was 24 hours and delivered to my hotel desk for pickup at my convenience. My clothes were very clean and delivered in a duffel bag. Folding could’ve been better - especially dress shirts, but I realize it’s not a dry cleaners service. Thanks for saving me when in a pinch.

I used Bolt Laundry to have a Queen sized duvet laundered and returned. I was happy with the ease of booking an appointment online and the speed of the pickup and return. However, there were two pretty major negatives:1. The company that picked up my item was a completely different laundry service company, and they told me that Bolt was somehow hijacking their business, so I was booking through and paying Bolt but a different company was doing the work. I dont completely understand how this is possible but the company that picked up my item wasnt happy about it.2. When booking online, I selected All Free & Clear as the brand for both the detergent and fabric softener. When the comforter was returned, though, it reeked of a cheap detergent smell and felt like there was still dried soap on it. It still smells weeks later. It could be the other companys fault or it could be that the company that actually did the laundering never knew of my detergent selections. Either way, I paid and booked through Bolt, so its my experience with their company.Overall, I was pretty disappointed with the company and the service.

This has been a service that has come quite handy when needing to save time and energy to focus on my health and a better quality of life.

Have used this laundry service for large load services (100lb & 80lb load). THE SERVICE WAS AWESOME!!! Never had an issue with my laundry, and always came back neatly folded and fabric softener was definitely used! Will be using them again soon!**Only Con I have is that I have small kids and health issues and I’m unable to bring the laundry up and down the stairs and this particular company doesn’t have that accommodation. So I have to schedule pick up and drop off when my husband is available to help.

I absolutely love using Bolt Laundry! The service is reliable, accurate and generous. All my laundry has always returned very clean. The prices are reasonable and I believe absolutely worth it. Theres really nothing for me to complain about.

I’ve used Bolt Laundry service twice and both times their service was great! They were on time picking up and delivering my laundry. I don’t enjoy doing laundry and I often don’t have time to go to the laundromat so the service they provide is very useful. Their price point seems to be fair as well. My laundry is clean and nicely folded. They provide a bag and put your clothes in a plactic bag then the laundry bag which keeps the clothes neat in the bag.I’ve had to contact customer service via email and text. The customer service reps were responsive and pleasant.I’ll continue to use Bolt Laundry service as long as the service provided remains as it is currently.

I love this service!!! I am often traveling and dont have time to keep up with my laundry which is a pain to do when I return home. To have someone pick up my laundry and return it back to my home completely done is a stress reliever for me. This is a great and affordable service that I will continue using for a long time. TO THE RESCUE!!! My wife and I just installed flooring and didnt have access to the laundry machine for a week. When it came time to reinstall the washing machine and catch-up on our 4-kid household. The washing machine wouldnt go. Imagine 1 week worth of kids clothes piled up!I found them on Yelp and explained my situation. They immediately said no problem and we were even going to head toward their address and drop off the clothes. Mary texted me and said dont worry Ill meet you in the parking lot where your having breakfast! AMAZING!That night we got all of our clothes back folded and bundled.Thank you for helping out in a pinch!
