Kitchen and Bath Shop did an excellent job with the master bathroom remodeling in my new home. From start to finish, they were professional, timely, and provided quality service. They visited my home, made measurements, and provided selections for me to complete the project. Visiting the store and finalizing the selections was a breeze. Their crew was efficient and did quality work, including a new shower, toilet, tile, painting, and ceramic counter tops. The owner was professional and responsive, visiting several times to check the progress and answer questions. I am thoroughly please with my new bathroom and would most definitely recommend them for projects big and small.

The price was much lower than other estimates and the quality of work was outstanding. The entire group was a pleasure to work with and accommodated my schedule on some separate items such as my floor refinish. If I had the remodel to do over, I would have selected Kitchen and Bath Shop all over again, what a nice group they are to work with.

Called them out for a full kitchen remodel and the removal of some walls, and he basically made it seem as if it was not possible, which it was. Never heard back from him at all. Never received an estimate, nothing. Would not recommend.

The bathroom remodel we had done by Kitchen and Bath Shop was the best home improvement experience weve ever had. They gutted the whole experience. Communication was excellent throughout the process, they listened to what we wanted, conveyed their professional opinion and ultimately left the decisions up to us. The designer created a 3D model and helped us pick out each piece of our new bathroom. The team who turned the model into reality are very talented and were so pleasant to have in our house. Theyre timely, respectful, clean, personable and attentive. Even making the effort to remember our childrens names and greeting them. The project manager Harun responded promptly to all inquiries and made me feel that my satisfaction was a high priority. .This was our first ever experience with a remodel and it couldnt have gone smoother! When we requested a quote, they were at our home within a few days and we had an estimate within days. Other companies never got back to us. We were in their showroom just a day later to design it and they started when they said they would. Our project manager, Harun, was very good at keeping us up to date on daily progress and what to expect next. Harun was also diligent about making sure we were getting everything we wanted and fixed items very quickly. Harun also went out of his way to get our project done on time and went over and above by ordering extra trim tiles to complete our kitchen and having our back splash picked up instead of waiting for it to be delivered. Just phenomenal customer service by Harun. He also responded to all our questions promptly and clearly. Id absolutely recommend the entire company and would ask for Harun again.
