Those guys are not certified there, and I think drug activity takes place there for sure. The police department passes there in the evening between 1 and 4 and drug addicts and low lifes hanger out there, and when you see a guy name Burt, you know its no good going on there, stay clear everyone.

I never have to wait no longer than five minutes to get my hair cut. The Barbers here are very polite and respectful!
