I was visiting Norfolk for the week and needed to have an emergency oil change given that I was well over 1,500 miles past my recommended change. I called CASEY BMW and was able to get a same day appointment. I took my car and was greeted immediately by a service rep in the bay, who took my keys and directed me to the customer lounge. Shortly there after she came and escorted me to meet with James, the service rep. From the time I arrived to the time I left was three hours, which was a bit longer than I would’ve liked, but completely understandable given the last minute appointment. They were able to access my maintenance history and warranty information, which helped smooth the process tremendously. Top class experience all around, led by James, who was extremely personable and attentive, to Kelly, who took my calls and scheduled me, and to the techs who worked on my car and the guys who washed the car and vacuumed the insides. I highly recommend this dealership for service.

This was the most absolute horrible experience with a car I ever had! Dropped my car off on July 6. I was fine until week 2 of waiting on a progress report. I was informed the Forman was out and he needed to look at it (1 more week). Finally week 4 it was evaluated and parts were ordered. 5 weeks later parts have arrived...Smdh. Now I have been calling weekly to get an updates this whole time but told I would be notified on any progress(not true). The only time I found out something was me calling and speaking or someone calling me back after I called. HORRIBLE! I finally called yesterday Sept 30 and take what is already done before I am deployed to kings bay GA in a week. Day 86.... it’s wasn’t the time because I understand some were Covid related and shipping. It was the customer service to inform me of what was going on. Lol I even left a message on a managers phone twice in week 6 and 10 but the manager didn’t even call me back... smh trash! But happy Friday have a great weekend! 😊 be safe!

Nice place for a brief BMW experience. Coming from bigger BMW dealerships with more M Power and higher models, so no more weekend visited for the latest M power BMW coming off the trailer or community culture for BMWs. Its the only one in Newport News and the one in VA Beach is about the same. Service is pretty good, not Lexus or Mercedes good, but pretty good. The good news BMW make good cars. Parts here holds no punches, it going to cost even for an oil change. $170🤔😂🤣🤣...Heaven forbid you need a tire. I asked for a price, I was handed a break down sheet for tires without an installation price...💔 🤣😂🤣. Thats a waste of a question and paper. I am normally great at catching businesses at their worst possible time...this day was no different, only one computer working at the service counter, as my luck goes it was being used while a customer on the phone had many of questions...I am not known for my patience but when I am a thank you for it helps. What would four stars look like? Recommending alternatives or least asking, address excessive waiting and turn the sob meter down a little bit. 😔

Jason Stamos was excellent as always.However, I waited for hours for what I considered a fairly routine car check. I came in for the annual car check-up & State Inspection. I had a few questions about the car that Jason answered (that did take almost 1-hour).Then the car went in for its check-up/inspection/etc. Hours later, Jason said the car could be ready in 20-min or if I wanted it washed & cleaned that could take 45-min.The car needed a good wash & inside vacuuming so I said to do that. An hour & 1/2 passed before it was ready.I thought the crew said they were not that busy that day. Of course, I could be wrong. But 10 am to 5:00 or 5:30 pm is ludicrous!!!!!I have been there a couple of times before for similar work. Those times were also way too long, but the 4-8-2021 was beyond the pale. You must find ways to get the work done in a far faster wayAs I said, Jason was great & deserves the 5 stars; the time for the work deserves NO stars!

They were great at getting me in as I was traveling and needed to have my car looked at on way home to other part of country. Even though I was late, they got me checked in, and took care of my minor issue for a reasonable price. I appreciate their service. Everyone was very nice and professional. Only issue was that so many employees were not wearing masks, or had them pulled down (customers too).

Casey BMW performed a mobile service replacing a defective airbag. Overcame A little scheduling issue that was no fault of Casey (National scheduler for airbag recall didn’t know Casey BMW only did mobile service on certain days).Technician was nice and professional. Was surprised when he said it would only take 10 min. Might have been faster.All around great experience.

They DO NOT honor the trade in guarantee! My car had no dents, scratches, tears, engine problems almost excellent condition and had 2 brand new tires. I put in the condition that most people go with. They gave me HALF of the guarantee! After hours there and back & forth and arguing the guarantee, they pretended they didnt know about, I got the okee doke! They said here how are these payments? I said good and had thought they fixed my trade in. I shouldve left and came back after I ate or next day to look at paperwork. What they did is add a WHOLE OTHER YEAR to my loan which is how they dropped the payments from $420-$377! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER CASEY DEALERSHIP AGAIN!!!!

I was kept informed of the work being done on my vehicle, and it was ready sooner than they said. But after a short trip 2 days later, all my coolant leaked out and I barely limped back to the dealership. The leak is right next to the thermostat they replaced.

The customer service is fine during. It’s the beginning of the experience that needs review. Very confusing throughout the triage process. I would expect that when you are dropping off a 100k car the representative inform you of wait times and where you need to go and familiarize you with the process. Orientation would make the experience much better.

Today October 2nd I took a day trip to Newport News, Virginia to eat at a favorite restaurant that is only there. My BMW was running really smooth all the way and no problems. I have had it for 3 years and just maintenance is all it needed. I pulled off the road to check a message on my phone and as soon as I stopped my car stopped running. It would start back up but as soon as I dropped it into drive it would die on me. I was fortunate to find Casey BMW not too far away and managed to hobble along with my car to see if I could get some assistance so late in the day. I explained my situation to Michael in the service department and he was super helpful. Very friendly and very customer service driven. He had my car checked and determined the problem. Unfortunately, the part was not available until Monday so I had to have my car transported back home and to Richmond BMW in Midlothian Virginia so I would be near my home. Richmond BMW is also another awesome dealership and great customer service. As a BMW customer I was very pleased with the assistance I received at Casey BMW...Everyone I spoke to there was super friendly and exhibited excellent customer service. I’ve been going to Casey for almost 2 years now.My service tech is AJ, he is superb and is extremely professional! I recommend you see him if you go for service. The ladies in the cashier desk are awesome. - Full stop.My recent visit to Casey exposed how dealership businesses are conducted on the back end.Background: I bought my 2018 X6 last June (during pandemic) apron 43k (now it has 48K - difference of 5-6K over last 12 months). Understand my car like all others passed the BMW inspection process they pride themselves on. Last week I took my car in for yearly oil change and inspection to find out I need new tires- ($$$) Facts, I had 1k more miles to go before the vehicle recommended service with should indicate I did not drive the car that much to logically have worn the tires down since I bought it. Come to find out, when they sold the tires to me, the tread was .01 to the red level. Meaning 1. they knew the car would need tires 2. I would have to come back to them because of how the car is designed 3. Make more money from me down the line given I would need tires . I addressed my concern to management. The deal is done it’s my responsibility- but hell they didn’t take off anything to show that they wanted to keep me as a customer or that I’m valued. Needless to say, I love BMWs, this is my third one and I know owning one can be costly, but the fact they knew when selling it to me it would need tires soon AND I would (likely) have to come to them, AND my situation wasn’t taking into consideration for adjustment. I’m responsible for not digging further asking specifics etc. Now I know.

They valet service all their cars for those of us customers that live on the Southside and dont want to drive to the peninsula for service. The sales process was super easy, no haggling at all. I made an appointment for an oil change. I got there 1/2 hour early. After 5 minutes a girl came got the info, and asked if I wanted the curtesy wash. I stressed No. after 2 HOURS I went to the desk and asked about my car. The woman behind the desk said they were just waiting for the curtesy wash. I told her I didn’t want it and that I had said beforehand that I didn’t want it. I then asked her, How long has it been sitting waiting for a wash? She got snippy and said she didn’t know. A gentleman behind her saw the exchange and said he would get my car.I’ve been going here for 18yrs and ever since my usual rep retired I have not left that place without a major headache. This was the last time. I’ll go to Richmond if I have to. 2 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE THAT I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR!!!

Took my car for repair. It was done incorrectly after having the car for weeks. I took it back to be repaired properly. This time it took over 30 days. They did provide a loaner car, but that is still a ridiculous amount of time for easy repairs. The advisor was always out or at lunch whenever I called. The advisor did not return my calls for updates on the repairs. I was not pleased at all. Payment for the repairs was accepted promptly.

I brought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Casey BMW and have had a couple of issues with the vehicle. An extended warranty came with my vehicle at no additional charge. Both times I was given a rental vehicle to use and I only had the responsibility of my deductible. Francine Stewart my service advisor was great and gave me the upmost respect. From the moment I was met by Mike he was professional, friendly and helpful. I took my car to this dealership due to BMW recall issues. Mike reviewed the specific issues and asked me if I had any questions. It only took about 20 minutes and he made it very smooth. He told me he would follow up with me and leave me a message when the car was ready and he did so later that day. When I returned to pick up my car he once again went through the repairs and also reviewed some other repairs that the mechanics had found and what was involved. I told him I would take care of the others in the future and he said he would be glad to schedule an appointment when I was ready. Mike then handed me my receipt and a handed me a yetti BMW tumbler as a gift. That was such a nice surprise. I thanked Mike and left extremely pleased with my experience with this dealership and Mike. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends primarily because of their Service, Honesty and Professionalism. Mike was not pushy, took the time to answer my questions and was extremely professional. Mike deserves a raise and recognition for a job well done!!!

Found my dream Jeep at Casey BMW, when I tell you these fellas were AWESOME! My husband and I drove from Dinwiddie, VA for my Jeep. When I got there the Jeep was pulled up to the front and ready. Anthony the salesman met me outside when I pulled up with the tag and keys for me to test drive. They gave me a The paperwork and process was quick and easy. Casey BMW Service is exceptional! The Assistant Service Manager Jason Stamer is a credit to their operation. Each time I have dealt with him I had the feeling that I was getting a diagnosis from a doctor who could tell me what any problem may be and how long before it needed attention. My X5 has done extremely well under his care. I can see how Casey BMW Service is always rated so highly. With my service experiences here it is hard for me to even think about buying a different brand of car or a car from another dealer. My strongest recommendation.

One of the easiest car buying experiences Ive had. There was no pressure to buy and no pushy sales person following me around. I found what I was looking for and Im extremely happy with my purchase. We had a great experience with Mat Tankersley and his manager Matt Spence, they both were exceptional, very understanding .i had limited time to pick the car and they made the checkout process flawless, i was practically out in less than 30 minutes on the day i picked up the car .at the time i was a bit reluctant trading in my other car, however Matt Spence told me that the offer was good for 2 weeks and went back after i had made up my mind and they immediately accepted the car with the same offer with no questions asked . i was very impressed . i would highly recommend them .

My experience at Casey was a great, due to the professionalism and expertise of rep AJ. Ive dealt with a few of the reps there, and AJ is the best by far. He was very truthful and knowledgeable of the situation and repair of my vehicle. He stayed late to ensure that I was well taken care of and personally inspected my vehicle after maintenance was done making sure that the work on my vehicle was not only complete, from a maintenance standpoint, but satisfactory to him as well.

We bought a brand new car from here that had all kinds of problems. It was in the shop for 3 months in the first year. After invoking the lemon law, BMW agreed to trade in our car for another one. Turns out they didnt pay the note for the first car. Our credit has been damaged irrevocably and BMW will not help us correct this. The credit union who did the loan will not change the report unless BMW makes a correction. We feel they did this on purpose, with spite and malice. I will never buy another BMW again. Worst experience at a car dealer I have ever had.
