Newport Center Orthopedic is great because of their large supply of high quality medical supply products. I have been shopping there for many years and have had only positive experiences. The customer service aspect of the store is amazing. With kind and knowledgable staff, I am consistently able to find what I need in my times of need.

Awesome store! Had exactly what I needed and the owner was so helpful in assisting me. I will be back for more stuff when the need arises. I am a serious baseball player and was having some issues with my hand. The person at the front desk was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice on what brace would best support my hand. Their product recommendation was just perfect and I am forever thankful for their help. I will definitely go back for any other needs I may have.

Most recently a family member had a serious accident of which NCO provided the most professional as well as empathetic service during a very difficult time for my family. We received exactly what was needed to make our medical transition as easy as possible under the circumstances. I highly recommend using them for all of your medical supply needs.

Phenomenal service. The staff is outstanding, and you can tell that theyre professionally trained to answer all questions. Came here to rent a wheelchair for a guest who was visiting me one weekend and they were kind enough to deliver. Highly recommend! Its in a very convenient location too.

They made a stressful situation quite easy, by recommending what we needed, including hospital bed, lift chair, various lumbar and cushion supports... I broke my ankle and needed additional supplies after seeing an orthopedic specialist. I walked in and was warmly greeting by the woman at the counter. I wanted a fitting for a special brace and Lisa Chavos, the owner, personally came out to answer my questions and subsequently do the fitting. She was so attentive and was genuinely concerned about my needs. I would highly recommend going to Newport Center Orthopedic for any medical need. They have a wide range of products for purchase, they have rentals available and the customer service is fantastic!

I cant say enough positive things about Newport Center Orthopedic. I recently had knee replacement surgery, and before the surgery I rented a power recliner from them. I loved the recliner and shortly after the surgery I returned the rented unit and purchased a new unit from them. Dealing with them was a breeze. They were so courteous and responsive to all my questions. Equally or more impressive is the following true story.A few days after I returned home from the surgery, my wallet went missing. My wife and I searched the house from one end to the other and could not find it. When Newport Center Orthopedic came to pick up the rented recliner, the two workmen, my wife and I searched the recliner thoroughly to make sure the wallet wasnt buried in it. After the four of us were satisfied that the wallet wasnt in the recliner, it was hauled away.My wife and I searched our house again and again and could not find the wallet. We finally decided that it had accidentally been thrown out with the trash or it had been stolen one by one of the caretakers who came to our house after my surgery.I was sick to my stomach knowing that I would have to cancel and replace all my credit cards, go to the DMV and stand in line for new drivers license, etc. etc. etc. Fortunately I kept procrastinating, and 5 weeks after the rented recliner was removed from my house I got a phone call from Newport Center Orthopedic to tell me they had found my wallet! It was found when they took the rented recliner apart to rebuild it. The wallet was hidden in a place where it could not be seen without actually taking the recliner apart. The end result is that I got my wallet back with all my credit cards, insurance card, social security card, drivers license and the cash that was in the wallet.What more can I say about Newport Center Orthopedic - honesty and integrity at its best!

I rented a hospital bed, walker and wheelchair from Newport Center Orthopedic. I found the equipment first class and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend NCO.

I rented a Full Electric Bed was delvd when Insurance called Dr office to inform us that a New Bed + Alt low air mattress + Electric Hoyer Lift was coming that day we called to have this bed picked up with 10 days paid in advance out of pocket.After waiting all day until nite noone came with anything. All was a lie. Doctors office called as this bed was needed right away.Upon speaking with Malcom we were told that sanitaizing and delvy was $50 and no mention of any reimbursement at all for next 10 days paid in advance. Malcolm goes out to lunch and this office now informs us that we need to come up with 5 weeks of payments to get the bed. So now we have nothing and no $ to do anything . Our son Severely disabled from birth deaf/blind Cerebral palsy paraplegic heart murmur seizures Dysphagia refl ux disease restrictive airway disease list goes on couldnt even have any empathy to our situation. Instead tried to soak us for addtl money and had the nerve to send today a thank you card? Of course there wasnt any kind of reimbursement...PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Came to purchase compression stockings per doctor’s orders and was expecting to pay just above $100. When they rang me up for $184 with tax, I nearly felt like I was being robbed as I handed over my atm. Upon getting home and looking at the package I saw another price tag for 128.95, more than $40 below their official price tag I was charged for.I won’t be returning, thankfully, I’ve discovered I can get the same brand from Amazon for less than 1/2 the price.
