I highly recommend California Vacation Villas. I have booked my family of four (4) to stay at three (3) of their properties in the Legacy Villas gated community in La Quinta and each time we have had a FABULOUS time. The properties are spotless and COVID-level-cleaned. This company cares about your every need and the properties are stocked with even the little things that make a world of difference like scissors, pot holders, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, apron, salad bowl and tongs, and much more. I also want to mention how amazingly clean and fresh the linens were and how comfortable their beds were. We slept very well. You can tell that this management company really cares that their guests have an amazing time and that they are safe in a clean environment and that no detail is missed. Legacy Villas is a great, gated community. There are 12 pools with hot tubs and the main pool has a fountain play area for kids. There are hammocks near the main pool and I think before COVID the gym was open. There are also BBQs which are open at the pools and some properties have electric BBQs on the patio. Again, we love this property management company and they have the BEST properties that are COVID-level clean and convenient. Their staff is highly responsive and checked with us when there was the slightest concern like when we failed our access code too many times. California Vacation Villas thinks of so many details for their visitors. There is lots of family fun to be had at Legacy Villas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! You will have a blast and be very satisfied, comfortable and safe (cleanliness and security). We were also very satisfied with the booking process. It has been simple and easy. We were sent our agreement after booking and signed electronically. We got our moneys worth and what we agreed to and everything was great.
Extremely unprofessional company. Booked a unit through their website and arrived to find it dirty, smelly, and not as pictured. Old, filthy, stained carpet as you can see. When you call customer service, you get a call center with staff who can’t do anything but “send a message to management for you, you’ll hear back in 24 hours.” If you do hear back, management staff is rude and unhelpful. After arguing for 2 days and being accused of lying about the carpet because “they’re sure their cleaning staff would have said something if it was that bad” (see carpet photos!), the best I was offered was for them to send in carpet cleaners during our stay OR a measly 10% discount. So we could lose a day of our vacation and deal with wet carpets, when everyone knows that no cleaning could fix these filthy carpets that are clearly from the 80s or 90s, OR get a tiny refund (which I never got). If you want to be sure your vacation is relaxing and you get what you expect when booking, definitely book elsewhere. This company is horrible and obviously has a low standard for their rental units and customer service.
Read everyone elses reviews. The customer service provided by these people is a joke. There are two horrid women who handle their day to day operations, Darlene & Yahayra. Both are extremely rude and unhelpful. This place will take your hard earned money and make you wish youd thought twice before booking with them. STAY AWAY!
Our stay in Palm Springs was absolutely wonderful! Pool is fantastic and steps away from the door. Patio and bbq were amazing, kitchen was well outfitted for a cook making meals for a family of 5. Beds are comfortable, space is ample. Absolutely zero complaints, and wonderful communication and hospitality!
Love they give the same response for all the bad reviews. Same story here. Booked for Stagecoach at a very inflated rate. Just to give an idea...they won’t refund your money in any way during a pandemic. I even asked for them to give me a credit for stagecoach 2021. Nope. They will only give me 50% credit for then. 🙄 Basically, they’ll only give a 100% credit during the slowest or hottest months of the year. Such a joke that people like this can lay their heads down at night. I hope everyone reads these reviews and realizes what horrible people you are to do this. Everyone has suffered this year and the fact that you aren’t willing to do the right thing is sad for you. I hope you copy and paste your responses above with over 400 stays since covid started. I love to hear what those people have to say too. Maybe they’d rather not be out 100% of their hard earned money and have no other choice. Unbelievable!!!
Easiest, most straightforward booking company we have ever used. Contacted them directly for several questions, and then to add a day, and they replied promptly each time and were super friendly and helpful. Excellent emailed directions for when we arrived, not a single hitch. Clean, beautiful accommodations exactly as pictured and described on the booking site. And they also turned the air conditioner on before we arrived to ensure a comfortable arrival! WOW!!
I love it there, its the second year in a row Ive stayed here. Exactly as described. I had a small maintenance problem when I got there and even though it was a Sunday night, they came and fixed it. I was very impressed.
Horrible company and customer service. This company encouraged us to travel to La Quinta when I inquired about cancelling our spring break trip due to COVID 19 by instead offering us a discount on our stay. After letting them know that this was not only unsafe but the Governor of CA had issued an order of restricting unnecessary travel, they denied our refund request. I will never book with this company again. Use extreme caution and apparently buy the most expensive travel insurance you can to protect yourself if you do.
LaQuinta Villa was perfect, fabulous location against mountain, beautifully maintained and a very well stocked kitchen and other amenities. I would return again and again...
This place has excellent customer service. They answered any questions I had immediately and were very friendly. I rented a place in the Palm Desert area and it was super clean on very comfortable.
Great place to stay, safe and peaceful, fully fitted apartment with all modern conveniences,great WI-FI, cable TV in fact all you could need. CVV are prompt in the event of any issues,easy communications.We have been here many times,and never been disappointed.La Quinta is serene

I would give a ZERO starts if I could!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with! Unprofessional customer service and management. Dont bother speaking to them in person....a waste of time. I had a very workable situation BUT they choice to cancel my reservation the day of my stay. And of course, I was already in La Quinta area. No manager for me to speak with!! Was told to email or voicemail my complaint. What a JOKE of a company! Please do not use them :(
