By far the best people to ever help me with my sub zero refrigerator! They were quick to diagnose and fix the problem without charging an arm and a leg. Alex went the extra mile to get everything back to normal so that the temperature stops falling and I no longer see the refrigerator leaking.

I have an Amana refrigerator that was not cooling enough and called them. Same day service was good but the technician found out that our freon gas level is low (-8) and he said that the standard rate for the refill and repair of the leak is $549. I was surprised and asked him if that is the standard (I mean average) price for such a service. He said Yes. I trusted him and paid $606 including tax after about 90 min work.After a few days, I have searched website and found out that the average freon refill is about $100~$200. $549 is way too high. I will have to report BBB about this crazy pricing. Dont recommend this service.

I am pretty handy myself and thought I could fix my Sub-Zero wine cooler. I have replaced a part but turned out it didn’t works.
