I have made several successful investments working with Patrick, Stephanie, Aaron, and Levi, whom have demonstrated the same knowledge, responsiveness and honesty as personnel in other parts of the company. Ive found this to be a useful offering because I can make an excellent return on my money, without the additional efforts required when purchasing my own real estate. The issues are endless with this company. Maintenance is disregarded and not addressed or communicated with me as a renter. The owner doesn’t want to put out the money to fix things. They protect the owner FAR more than me the tenant, I can go screw myself I guess. I’m currently trying to get a new roommate in here and they won’t call me OR the applicants back with updates. My texts and phone calls go unanswered. I won’t be renewing a lease here and I’ll be out of here as soon as I can. The owner can look for someone else to be a slumlord for.

My overall experience with MRREN has been mostly positive. I highly recommend their private lending business. I worked with Aaron on many deals. During those transactions I would get progress updates from him frequently. Whenever there is a problem, Aaron would jump on it and make sure problem is solved quickly. I feel confident working with his team that are proactive and have great communication skills. Also, information on MRREN website is well organized and easy for property search. After calling for about a week, Ms. Cherie Brebner answered. She said that she would schedule us to show us the property, but she did not call back. Two days after, my wife called her, and lucky she answered. She explained the propertys details for rent again and said the property was still available. After asking my wifes name for the second time, she assumed that we do not make enough. She then said she did not want to waste her time on the application process if we do not make enough to pay rent. We make about 2.75 of the requirement. I called her 30 mins later, and Brebner said the property was leased.

I have been a real estate investor for six years at the time of this writing. After having some difficulties with making my case with a bank spanning almost two years for a cash out refinance with some rental properties I own, I was at a standstill. Fortunately, my property manager had recommended Marshall Reddick as a source of funding. Given all of the trouble I had with the bank, I was still very skeptical.Ultimately, I must say I was proved wrong in the best possible way. Patrick and Aaron were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process from the initial application to frequent updates to eventually closing on the loans. They were transparent, communicative, available and happy to assist. What makes Marshall Reddick such a good partner to work with is they evaluate the deal as opposed to the often unrelated elements regarding the financial status of the borrower.While their borrowing rates may be higher than a traditional lender, everything else is a breeze in comparison. I will pay a little more for a rate to be able to complete more deals. In the long run, it will work out completely fine. If youre curious about their rates, they are easy to find on their website, which is presented in an organized fashion. They also have a wide range of services, contacts, calculators and a robust education library that I reference often. I will definitely be utilizing their services in the future when the right deal comes along.

I really enjoy the simplicity of this type of investing because it requires minimal work on my part, with an easy and guaranteed payoff. Patrick worked very hard to find me great deals and put them together, and all I had to do was sign some paperwork and wire the money. I did two short-term loans that each had a 12% return on investment, and both were paid in full back to me earlier than promised (less than a year. Actually, 3.5 months in one case). Im 3 years into a longer-term 5 year loan right now at a rate of 6% and its really nice having that extra payment every month and looking forward to the full balance in a couple years. Im actually in talks with Patrick right now to do another one! Cant recommend these guys enough. If you have the capital, definitely do a private loan with these guys because putting your money in a regular savings account is barely going to keep you up with inflation!

Ive come to trust this team of professionals and it is so comforting to know that each in-network RE professional I use must have met the Marshall Reddick standards before I am referred to them....also their seminars are informative and are a great way to meet and learn from more experienced investors.Update 9/14/21: Im now using Marshall Reddick for property management and private lending and continue to be happy with them. Just got repaid for my first hard money loan through them. It was smooth and im about to do my second hard money loan -through Marshall Reddick of course. Patrick and his team have been good to work with. There is always risk with investing but with MR at least Im confident that everything is legit and fair.

Total SCAM stay away, all these reviews are from their vendors. My family lost over $50,000 from these guys with a shoulder shrug or we got your money sorry it went bad. STAY AWAY MARSHALL REDDICK REAL ESTATE is a scam, they dont disclose their kickbacks and cross referrals. They also pump and dump the rental properties in the areas they market, BEWARE please.
