My wife and I had our eyes on a neighborhood for quite some time and Luke was the person who got us into our dream house in the exact location that we wanted. This review is way overdue (busy getting settled), but toward the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019, Luke helped my family sell our house and move into a new one. It sounds easy enough to write it out in a review, but of course there are multiple steps involved with selling and buying a home and Luke helped us every step of the way and I really do mean every single step of the way. When we listed our house for sale at the end of 2018 (Orange County, CA), he gave us all the tips to make a house more sellable (verbally and in documented form). The documents really helped us stay focused. Also, Luke finds or suggests price-competitive companies to work with. For example, it’s one thing to get a termite inspection done and another to find a good company at a reasonable price (there are a ton of termite companies out there). Luke even helped communicate with the termite company to set up the termite inspection so we really just said yes or no to things and nothing else. Selling a house (especially if you are living in it) and buying a house is stressful, but Luke helped relieve a lot of it by participating in follow ups, getting quotes, suggesting strategies, providing routes in getting things done, and so on. Also, Luke does a great job in adding his expertise. If there was something to look for or watch-out for, he would tell us (he doesn’t hide anything). He is a great open book of knowledge to help you sell and or buy the home you want and is indeed a real estate agent you can trust. Trust is of course a huge factor. Another strong suit of his, is that he does not apply pressure (zero). In other words, he wants you to sell your house when you want to sell it and buy the home you want, when you want to buy it. It was all according to our timeline and not his, which was a huge help during the stress of selling and buying a home. My whole family uses Luke for all their real estate needs and will continue to do so. Luke is a really good real estate agent. He did all the paperwork for me before i purchase the house and my situation was a bit different than usual. It took more than six months to close the escrow, and two weeks before he closes it my lender quit on me to finance the house. Luke responded very fast and got another deal from the owner of the house which i am living in it right now and enjoying the ocean view.
