Buyer beware. Disastrous. Customer service, forget about it. Demands large sum of payment prior to work to pay for material I prepaid him. No written contracted all verbal. 1-2 day job Al Barrera stated they will arrive the next day to start job. It is a bust no show. Takes your money & runs. Non experienced worker arrives on a skateboard at noon the following day does maybe 3 hours of labor then we have to drive him home. Non experienced worker shows up on skateboard 3rd day states job will be finished. Worker runs out of materials & does not have tools to finish job. Worker stated he needed to show up at 6am the next day to work on bathroom? Forget about time consistency or showing up. The non experienced worker breaks & damages tile in bathroom, damages breakd porcelain fixture, destroys bathroom threshold, destroys stainless faucets from chemicals, left chalky streaks all over tub sink countertop, floors. AL Bacerra owner never answers his phone nor does he show up to do any work. He might take text messages from clients if he isnt having a sad day. Verbally changes price of job 4 times. Exorbitant pricing. Demands & threatens me that he needs more money from me or he will put a lien on me. I let him go with job uncompleted bcuz of excessive damage done to bathroom, he is a no show, changed pricing & over charges, & drinking on job. After I left him go I was cleaning the bathroom & found an empty booze bottle that was behind toilet with other trash, apparently inexperienced worker was drinking on job, no customer service. Will be costing me more to undo the disaster my bathroom was left in.

Buyer beware!We recently hired Stoneworld Restoration for a complete backyard patio, fire pit, and bar concrete staining project, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions we could have made.Their work was far below our expectations in every way. Even a third party contractor reviewed his work and said “it was the worst workmanship” they had ever seen and that some of the damage would be permanent. Beyond showing up late, if at all, the quality of his work was unacceptable. Despite their claims, this job was well beyond their skill level.It will cost me several thousand dollars to reverse the damage he caused to our concrete, fire pit, and bar.We also didn’t pay for the beer-drinking that was done on the job. Very unprofessional and not a company that stands behind their word.Owner will make a story that he needs more money upfront for supplies, but his real intent is to rip you off. I also asked him several times to see his Contractors License information, which he claims to have, yet never provided. Don’t let his favorable reviews fool you; his shoddy quality work is matched only by his lack of professionalism.

Alonzo did an excellent job restoring our kitchen granite counters. He was responsive to initial contacts and was able to answer all my questions. He was timely, efficient, and affordable. We are very pleased with the result of his work. I would highly recommend him.

Poor customer care and over prices services

I would have given them a 1 star but hope they improve. Completely disappointed!

Stoneworld Restoration left a grate mess with the tile layers . The grout was everywhere I do not recommend them to anyone.

Poor communication and customer service always putting you on hold and wont even get back when the call is diconnected.

Got the word services and they just wait until you are going to paid before they tell you the cost hiked!
