HORRIBLE. How in the world do they have 5 stars? These must have been paid for or they are fake reviews- worst experience with a termite company Ive ever had. Im a realtor, so having a reliable termite company is extremely important for me. I need to know I have an honest company that knows what they are doing...Kilter termite is not that. First of all they charge more than anyone else Ive worked with, but I used them based off reviews and needed to get my report done quickly. They promised I would have the report back the day after the inspection- I got it three days later, not good when youre on a timeline in escrow and have deadlines to make. My report didnt match the inspectors findings- whom, by the way, didnt seem like he knew what he was doing AT ALL during the inspection- and when I called the company (probably around 40 times over the course of a week) no one could help answer my questions about the report. Literally no one knew what was going on with the report and kept telling me they will have someone call me right away and have marked the message urgent. The inspector said there were only findings on a small balcony of the house, then wrote up a report stating there are termites in the attic, as well, and the house needs to be tented. His quote showed there were multiple options but they only wrote in one option- tenting the house. After 4 days of not getting an answer I had no other choice than to call another inspection company to come out and do another report. Now I am late removing contingencies on my buyers property, and guess who looks bad because of it? ME. Save your money and the headache and use a different company.
