Best nail shop is highway robbery show you a card and I just got a pedicure done and charging $45 did not even clip around the nails didnt even do my feet good didnt even scrub them they wanted more money more money more money no do not go there

Super rude nail tech complaining about how she wanted to go home while doing my nails. Rushed through it and did a bad job. She wiped off half of two of my nails at the end and didn’t offer to fix them. Would never come back.

Pretty decor. They’re understaffed. I come in at 1:30 on a Monday for a simple manicure and no one is available?! I can’t even imagine y’all on weekends. I would have stayed and waited the half hour but the front desk woman acted as though I was a nuisance for being a walk-in. I’ll go to Holly & Hudson instead. If you really want to give them your money though, make an appointment.

Terrible experience. I was a walk in for a manicure, they told me they could accommodate me, sat me down and had me pick a color. After 10 minutes of waiting, the manager comes up to me and says sorry, they dont have time for me and asked me to leave. REALLY?! I get it if youre booked, but dont seat a customer and wait 10 minutes before telling her that. It was so rude and unprofessional. I will never be back.

I had my nails done there by a guy, it was a HORRIBLE job! He damaged my nails, and they are rude. They always speak in a different language which makes you believe they are gossiping. And the price is not cheap so might as well go somewhere else. Never going back!

The place is clean, bright, and comfortable. Kathy and Lori did very nice, meticulous pedi/mani. I will definitely return.
