Amy is awesome! I had the best time last night at that place. I was so welcomed in and treated with seriously the absolute most genuine, sincere and authentic warmth, kindness, hospitality and everything else u could possibly want. This area a town its not uncommon especially in an upscale shopping center such as this 4 the behavior of employees to be a bit aloof or indifferent but I m so excited and grateful thankful to say this place is first class all the way and real people

This is the best! Worth every penny.Jenni the manager was an absolute great hostess. We walked in and she assisted us quickly. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and handled it joyfully. Josh did my first ambere acrylic nails and did the most amazing job. Tara does an amazing pedicure. Mary did a great job soft natural pink ambere gel nails. The environment is perfect with lovely music and a nature tv playing. The place is perfect with cleanliness and elegant touch. They have champagne & wine during your experience. Recommend this place 100% for beautiful nails and a great experience. Everyone speaks english and no horrible cuticle bleeds if you have done your nails enough you know that is not ok. This place a must!

I got an Aroma pedi and mani combo. I was very happy with it. They dont cut off too much of the cuticles which I like. So they proceeded very gently. It was very relaxing. They took their time to flawlessly put on the nail polish. Friendly staff.

Absolute Best! Their customer service is excellent from the moment you walk in someone helps you and they are so nice the whole time. Hien and Teresa did an amazing job on my nails and made it known their mission is “when the customer is happy, they are happy!” They truly are here to serve and take care of people! Plus my mani pedi looks the best ive had and is staying better then usual because it was done do well!

The nail techs are very good. I did not like that they charge $8.00 to replace a broken nail, $3.00 to trim or shorten your nails which should be included in the service. And $15.00 for gel polish when you request a gel fill. Also depending on the nail polish you choose off the wall for pedicure they charge $3.00 for a top coat. Dont you normally get a top coat included in the service?

I give 2 stars because they were nice. However I told the ladies I dont get threaded or waxed because I am sensitive to it, especially my lips. She insisted that she had something to use on my face to ensure I would not break out afterwards. Well sure enough I broke out severely my face looks horrible and my lip was swollen. Good thing it was my last day of vacation. 😥

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I did not have sandals so I got their cheapie ones which I am thankful for since I was wearing boots and didnt want to mess up my color. One of my sandals broke and instead of giving me a new pair she stapled it, the receptionist, 3 times. Really in Newport you cant afford to give me a new pair? In the end I didnt get home before they broke again and I had to put on my shoes and did mess up my color. Bummed ☹️

Gel manicure peeled off within less than one week. Appt was made for gel mani & pedi, however when I arrived, they could only accommodate the gel mani. The repetitive video steam of the same 2 videos they play throughout the salon became annoying after running for the hour or so I was there...
