Third times the charm. This place is the closest one on the suggested list when I need a Live Scan. Unfortunately I went there two years ago Live Scan machine was broken that was the first time. Last year, I went there again, they were closed because its Saturday ( hours were different on Google map)Also I had to hard time to see street number or sign for live scan when I came from Birch street. ( Now I know to look for FedEx sign/store front.) This year I actually called first because the Google image was kind of funny like they are closed forever (the metal gate/back door was closed down)and rushed over there. Surprise, surprise, this time I actually took Quail Street instead so I will not miss the parking lot in the back. Funny how they post the big note on their gate to make sure you know they are open. It look much better than 2 years ago nice and clean. By the way, current hours are M-F 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Dont forget to call first, just in case.Thank you to allow your customer to use your restroom to wash hands.

Been coming here for almost 6 years for my shipping needs, notary services, fingerprints, passport photos and my mailbox. My shipments are always taken care of and the service and kindness is top notch. And I’m impressed by the knowledge of 80s and 90s facts the team has. Bonus: they have the best birthday/anniversary cards.
