My Wife and I went to the Target in early November. We spoke with Maximo Bompart and he showed us a sign in the electronic department stating that Target was doing a $200 giftcard to the store for those signing up with AT&T. I had a Samsung Galaxy S9 so we traded it in for the Iphone 12. My phone was in excellent condition but the main reason and likely the only reason that we signed up in-store was for the promotion and the $200 gift card. We processed and shipped everything back with the S9 and received the Iphone 12, as an even exchange ($799.99). We have spoken with AT&T Rewards Services and Billing already and they said any gift card or promotional offers would need to be redeemed in-store. They said they could not help us at all.We have called multiple times to speak to someone in regards to AT&T at the Holly Springs store and have gotten the run around a bit. When we spoke to the AT&T Representative in store, they said they had never heard of this promotion, which was incredibly upsetting. Max gave us his number in case we had any issues (on the date of purchase) and he has not returned any calls. Gianna, I believe, is who I spoke with yesterday and she said Max was not a manager so he couldnt do anything to help and we needed to wait on a call from a Manager. Maybe thats why he never answered calls or returned voicemails?I asked explicitly at the date of purchase if it was in fact a $200 Target gift card to the store and he said yes. The $250 off of the phone ($10 off per month for 25 months) was in addition to the $200 Target Gift Card. The first mentioned promo is what Gianna (I think is her name) said was the only promotion happening.We were told that it would take one billing cycle to process the $200 gift card and we have now paid two bills (so its been over one billing cycle). AT&T also confirmed that they have received the S9.Our end goal for all of this is simply that we are wanting the gift card that was promised at the date of purchase. This was the only reason for us switching and now I feel as if we have been lied to We we’re not very sure about this but the guy was very pushy and followed us around the entire store. If you could please shed a bit of light on the situation, it would be greatly appreciated as all of us, Im sure, want this to be solved and over with.We have received one call from Martin Sanchez stating he would resolve our issue in a few days and it has now been three weeks. I will fix this review if our issue gets resolved. If it does not get resolved I think this company is pushing SCAMS all over.

Smart Circle always has done everything they have said they were going to do. Even better is that anytime I need anything there are always professional and prompt solutions through their management team. It never takes more than a day to handle big objectives. Wow

Dott ever trust a start-up company that is associated with them. Do your research and read the articles, numerous employee testimonys and lawsuits. They had scripts the HR managers will read to you to deflect you knowing the truth. It a company whos principal is built on decieving people for profit. Biggest ripoff in the world. They lie about your pay they teach you to lie to customers and Costco is just as guilty for allowing these ripoff companies to operate inside their stores.

I called to get a status on our new account and supervisor Michael (badge# 464) said to call DirectTV. Really?!Extremely rude and and unhelpful to say the least. I love working with smart circle

I encountered Smart Circle when I signed up for Directv from Costco. Smart Circle is the sub contractor for the Directv service in my area. My order was for a single HD receiver (one TV install) with no add-ons. I was given an install date and a morning time range that was confirmed on the phone by a Smart Circle representative. Unfortunately, I took the day off for the install and scheduled my AV contractor to come later in the day to integrate the new service into my home entertainment system. By 9:00 am I was calling to get an ETA on the install and was told my installation had been postponed due to an insufficient supply of HD receivers. When I pressed the Smart Circle employee on the phone he admitted they were probably doing dozens of installations that day with HD receivers. It was obvious that I was a victim of poor logistical planning by Smart Circle. I did not appreciate the absurd guise of equipment shortage that they used to cover their inability to fulfill their installation schedule. Maybe Costco will catch on and drop their contract.
