I cannot begin to tell the world how good this service is. I have been with Rescuecom a number of years. Never have I been disappointed. I have always been amazed at their patience, their complete attention and expertise. Today David spent an enormous amount of time with me talking to my cable company and keeping them on track and on task. I would use no other company.

Very pricey. $380/hour.....They dont want your hourly business. They want you to subscribe to a yearly pc protection program.

Roy is a rock star. Quick response, fixed my computer, and Im back at work. Using rescuecom allows me to focus on work not computer issues :)

These guys are great. My Toshiba died due to water damage. Fixing it would have been as expensive as buying new. They offered me a refurbished HP Pro Book for $180 out the door. Its great and faster than Toshiba. They kept me updated and lots of one on one, then this great deal. Highly recommend for my kind of problem and I imagine more complex issues - seemed very knowledgeable and nice!
