I love going to Joy tailoring. Theyre super nice and friendly and they would do everything to accommodate you. Prices are also really good compared to other places. They also finish things on time which is a huge plus! Highly recommend!!

Fit perfectly! She re-Enforced the zipper and clips for free and total charge was so affordable! Bringing all my clothes here!

Amy is the best tailor in Orange County! I bought my dream Antonio Riva gown in New York, but I needed to get alterations done locally. The dress is delicate silk, and I was so nervous to have someone unknown alter it. I saw the good reviews at Joy Tailoring and decided to take the plunge. So glad I did! Amy is an absolute sweetheart, and is a true professional. She treats wedding dresses with the highest care and will keep making little changes until it is absolutely perfect.Not only did she do a fabulous job on my dress, but she also altered the dresses for my mom, mother in law, sister in law, cousin, and all 5 of my bridesmaids in time for the wedding. She literally worked through the night to accommodate a couple of my out-of-town bridesmaids that werent able to be here to get fitted until 2 days before the wedding.I cant say enough good things about Joy Tailoring! If theres one person you can trust with your wedding dress, its Amy!

Brought in 2 suits, a sports coat, and two pairs of jeans. Not only were they done in the time she said they look AMAZING!!!! And the prices are very good especially when you consider the quality of work. I will be bringing all my clothes to Joy from now on.

This was my first time going to Joys Tailoring. The owner is Emen (not sure how to spell her name) but she was fantastic! I brought a bridesmaid dress on clearance that was almost 2 sizes too big. She did an incredible job and now the dress fits like a glove and is the perfect length! I am so happy. She was sweet and kind and honest the entire time. She even noticed somethings about the fabric around the waist that needed fixing that I didnt even see! It was all for a VERY reasonable price. She owns the place and is the only worker so thats why her prices can be so low. Such great quality without breaking the bank. I plan to come back here with another bridesmaid dress, some of my boyfriends suits, and eventually a wedding dress some day! Thank you so much for the great work!!!

This is 1st Class customer service.I brought a dress previously to be altered, great work no complaints at all.FF to today. I had a red velvet dress that needed tailoring (bust was too open and Im not J.Lo). Emi looked it over said a clasp would work best, bc stitching it shut would not look good with the velvet. And then she sewed it right then and there in minutes! Handed it back to me, no charge, because it was too easy, dont worry. Whaaa? When does anything that good, competent and skilled happen anymore? Amazing. Bring all your clothes here. Fantastic tailor.

I had an emergency tailor issue and walked in to her establishment. She immediately met with me and advised me and what my suit coat needed. I thought it was just having the cuffs done, but she took the time to show me how she could restructure my expensive jacket to make it look perfect. I asked to have it done in three days as I had a big meeting in NYC and she said no problem. I came back three days later, put the jacket on and it was as if it was designed for me. She is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable in her craft and very fair priced. I am going to be bringing all of my suits to her over the next few weeks to have the tailored based on her suggestions. Would give 6 stars if possible.

Scattered! Never wrote anything down. Many people coming and going without any kind of organization. My daughter picked up her wedding dress today and nan put in the wrong cups and never shortened the straps of her dress. $210.00 dollars later we are taking it to another seamstress to be done properly! Disappointing for sure.

Absolutely love the owners here. They usually take longer than your typical tailor, but the quality is extremely high.

They did a wonderful job with my dress and my husbands pants, and are very friendly. In the future, this is where I plan to go for any other alterations I may need.

BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!She lies, she lies, and lies, not organized, not taking measurment /notes or writng dawn. people come and go, and she is all over, sad about her personal life /kids, and distercated very easy, at the end she make you feel its your fault and not her . she also dont have set price, if she see you look rich she charges more, and she never pay attention to detail. Her timing is bad, her lights are off at all time, you dont know if she is working or not,she says come next week the next thing your clothings are in her place for 2 months . Its just a mess, had to leave my clothing and let her have it, I could not see my clothing beeing destroyed and I just had to walk away from her place without my clothing that I paid a lot ..sad Im so mad at her .Stay away, Please stay away
