Overall Carmen really makes you feel comfortable and cared about! She even has access to streaming services, so if you ever need to catch up on shows you can do it while getting your hair done! It really feels like a second home and she is a great people-person overall! She will always be the one stylist I go to in OC to get my hair done.

There is no one like Carmen! She is amazing, professional, prompt, and reasonable. Very comfortable space to get your hair done + all the streaming you can dream of! Customer care and satisfaction are her top priority and it shows. You will not be disappointed in any style you do with Carmen. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We were connected to Carmen through another salon that suggested her for braid removal from my daughter’s hair. BEST referral EVER! My daughter has a very tender scalp and typically has tears throughout braiding and removal... not one tear was shed with Carmen! We went back the following week to get braids put back in and again... no tears. Carmen is gentle, kind, professional and an expert all around. We were given maintenance tips for braids (something I’ve never received from other salons) and my daughter LOVES the look! We have definitely found a keeper in Carmen!

Carmen is totally awesome! She is very professional, and has a warm and welcoming Spirit. I brought my daughter to get her hair braided because she had suffered hair damage due to heat and a texturizer. Carmen gave us a sense of peace and hope that everything would work out for the good. Carmen was highly recommended to us, and after seeing my daughters braids, I was amazed and so thankful and grateful! I highly recommend Carmen! 😇

I would 100% recommend Carmen. I first started seeing Carmen a little over a year ago and have not seen anyone since. I had never gotten braids before and have had relaxers almost all of my life. I wanted to give my hair a break and was looking for a change. I knew nothing about braids and Carmen set up a consultation where she explained what she thought would look best on me and how to take care of it. I often would have questions of what was happening while she braided and she had no problem explaining to me.I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and I am sad that I will be moving next week. I hope I can find someone like her at my new location.
