The BBB used to be helpful and trustworthy. They used to step in when a business was a scam and creating a complaint used to help resolve actual issues. Now the BBB is a joke. They give a good rating to any business that pays them for it, and when you file a complaint they do nothing. If you really stay on top of it and contact the BBB repeatedly they will blow you off with this response that business doesnt respond. Nothing we can do.

This company should dismantle. They are no longer a bureau of truth or fact. The Internet is a much more reliable source of business information with real public reviews. The BBB is a scam and should be investigated.

Total bait and switch for their accreditation. They sold us on getting accredited by the BBB. A week later they called us saying they needed more money and that the price we were told was an error.

These people are corrupted & full of sh**t. I filed a complaint against Allied Business Schools with them. The school kept ignoring my hands-on training portion that was part of the class. Not only that but they humiliated me. So i filed a complaint. apparently they have personal relations. they actually SAID that I did not accept schools offer for resettling the issues which did not exist in first place. Since I cant replay to your response I will have to respond to it here. I gave LOAN DEPOT a refinance application. I sent them copy of appraisal that was less than 4 months old for $240,000.00. I asked them if they could pre- qualify me first for a loan that was only 55 % or $136,000.00, and not to request appraisal unless I was qualified so as not to waste $300.00 on there appraisal for nothing in the event I did not qualify. I provided them with all requested documents with inn 24 hours. They told me they did not see any problems at all after reviewing 2014 and 2015 1040 and S Corp returns. That was August 3, 2016.Well they billed me for appraisal $300.00 and I spoke with loan officer who assured me they would refund it if we did not close. Here we are 11/9/2016 no close, no contact, no refund, no letter denial. I think they do this to a lot of people (because no appraiser made an appointment or came to, nor into my property to appraise it).Think about it, hundred thousand or million applicants at $300 equals $3 million or $333 million. Someone needs to put a stop to these type of easy paydays. I feel they are extorting people and making a very good income doing it weather you close or not. ZILLOW is not an appraisal ?

I find as a business they have no value to a business. They will list your business for free but to say you are an accredited business they want $500 or more and that is a rip off in my book. What dies it mean to be accredited? They list you and if there are complaints they list that anyway. A simple business shows you are in business. Just ask the business if they are current on all their licences associated to their trade and you can check them out. So the BBB is nothing but a rip off for any business so why pay them? I stopped letting them rip me off once I really looked int what do I get for the buck, The real value is nothing!!

I made a reservation to be picked up at my home in Irvine, CA Sept 11th at 930am to be taken to LAX for a United Airlines flight to Shanghai, China. Unfortunately the driver never showed up which meant I missed the flight. I wll also not be able to use the hotels and tours that I had reserved. LAXRIDE will not even respond to my emeils nore do they answer their phone. They only direct you to their website and then never get back to you.This has been a very expensive and disappointing problem. Their lack of communication is very frustrating. I am a Travel Agent and will make sure ALL of my clients know about LAXRIDES Terrible service. I have sontacted the credit card company and tol them I will dispute any charges that are on my account from LAXRIDE.Patricia Kubiak

Last month Ca tax franchise sent me a letter saying I owed $180 in tax from 2007 under my maiden name Jessica Macqueen. at that time I had called tax franchise in sacremento and they said to not pay that I probably didnt owe back tax from 2007. This year they said it had a collection fee and interest and that it was still on my credit.I ended up paying nearly $600 for 2007 when my total income was about $5000 to $6000 in total the whole year. I definitely know I didnt owe taxes to ca tax franchise for that year. Even this year I was able to get a tax return at the end of the year. I hope Ca tax franchise doesnt keep trying to charge me. I hope that last payment to them from 2007 this month will be the last payment to them of that sort. I didnt recieve any call back, or confirmation of the payment. There isnt any way to get hold of the people working at tax franchise in sacremento.

Tell you to do all this paperwork, cancel it without reason, then give you the run around. Everyone just says our department doesnt handle it.
