Provide just enough information but not pushy, updates on my cars transit info and didn’t spend much time on the financial. I had first communicated with him about a particular car that I had seen on the Internet. He was great in terms of communication and very responsive to my requests for information. I actually met him in person on a Thursday to begin the process of purchasing; however, I had a personal issue and could not complete the transaction until the following Monday, nonetheless he was very accommodating. Great experience! It was my first time going to Porsche Newport Beach in an effort to get my BMW 650i convertible. Jorge was great in terms of communication and we met on a Saturday which was supposed to be his weekend off. Nevertheless, he came in to accommodate my schedule and the deal went through without a hitch and I am extremely happy with my purchase. They are pros from start to finish with Shad finishing my deal in finance with no pressure and total transparency. Worst customer experience! Brought my car in, because it has been having some issues, got a loaner after waiting for almost a week! When I returned the loaner, got a call that one tire had a nail, asked them that how are they 100% sure it was when I used car? Answer was we do a complete check… a nail??? Come on!!! have my concerns. As I high end brand like Porsche, your customer experience should be your main objective! Your loaners should have coverage! This type of issues shouldn’t be transferred to your customers! We’ll give you the tire at our cost… Really??? I have the 2019 Cayenne Hybrid that I finally received in 2020. The car is fabulous … but the Hybrid mileage sucks!!! I’m lucky to get 21 miles on the battery, I wanted the advertised 30 miles

The sales department at Newport Beach Porsche is great. Their service department is awful. When I purchased my car from them 3 of the windows had defects and needed to be replaced. They agreed to replace the windows under warranty, which was great. Subsiquently, I have been having a rattle noise coming from one of the side windows that they replaced. I took the vehicle back to them twice and they informed me that they were unable to duplicate the sound. After dealing with the rattle for another couple of weeks I decided to take my car to Ontario Porsche and they identified the sound after taking it for a test drive. Ontario Porsche informed me that Newport Beach Porsche installed the glass incorrectly, which was causing the sound. If you have a porsche you would be better served taking your car to another dealer for service.

Great sales person named Marton but, I requested the technical support for the charging 4 times from Javi and was totally ignored. You would think for the expensive Taycan I leased, I would have gotten better service. Not good.

Purchased my first 911 at Newport Beach Porsche with Giovanni! The entire process was very smooth and hassle free. Giovanni has been a consummate professional from the first time I emailed him to the moment he handed me the key. Took care of me throughout the buying process. He was honest at the beginning about when I would expect to receive the car since we were in the pandemic and there were a lot of uncertainties. He even gave me the best discount I could find during the time. He will definitely earned my future business and I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy Porsches.

We went to this dealership and There was not even costumer service I guess its because you are not showing up with suit. It was me and my brother looking for prices because my parents are coming from Europe and they wanted to buy car and they wanted to know prices and deals. Worst dealership I think ford and Toyota have better service. They judge you based on HOW YOU DRESS, there were couple people and they saw us looking at cars and they did not even said if we needed help or anything. This dealership needs to treat EVERY COSTUMER EQUALY.

I recently took my 911-T to Newport Porsche for its first (1 year) service. The reservation process was simple and fast. (I tried to make a reservation with the dealer that I bought car from, but they had a two step process that required a call back, to make a reservation, which I did not want) Jason, the service writer was terrific, answered all my many questions, and I felt like he was truly listening. I decided to wait for the car (they offered a ride home), and the waiting area was immaculate. (Great free coffee.) Every employee that passed by gave a friendly hello. It was not busy, and I was the only one in the waiting area, but usually I feel invisible. There was one or more workers who were cleaning everything frequently for Covid Virus. The car was ready when promised, and it was sparkling from its new wash job. I will definitely go back to Newport Porsche, great experience.

Came for a test drive today and had a horrible experience as a customer. The associate I had an appointment with, Tim, was not in the office. Another associate, Matthew, could not show me any cars, because he couldn’t find keys for any of Porsche Macan models.Won’t come back here again since this dealership has serious customer experience problems.Lastly, hopefully, owners and executive management team of the dealership understand that bad customer experience is impacting also Porsche car brand.

Unprofessional sales team.I purchased a used 911 Turbo S cab here, only for them to wreck the car the day I was supposed to take it home. There was frame damage and the car was totaled.They had one comparable turbo S that was a different color and $15k more. When I asked if there was any room on the price, they stated they dont haggle. I bet they dont total most cars either!!! Even in that situation they wouldnt compromise. They ended selling that car for 10k less months later.There are many Porsche dealers in socal.Dont buy a car here.

They provided the best customer service I have ever received. I was taken care of immediately, my car was ready in such a timely manner and they even had my ride taken care of back to work. Problem not fixed. Dealer Released the car probably without test driving. Problem. Vehicle shuts off when applying the brake and restart requires pressing on the gas which causes car to lunge. No loaner cars available unless scheduled weeks in advance while problem is a safety issue impairing drivability

Recently purchased a 911 Carrera from Porsche Newport Beach. I received excellent service from salesman Joe Jett, who was so knowledgeable about this vehicle. He spent time after hours to make sure I was completely satisfied and the deal was complete. I highly recommend Joe and this dealership.

Had a dead battery and needed a recharge. AAA unable to open front compartment to get to battery so it had to be towed to the Porsche dealer. One full day and over $600 later, the battery was replaced. I do love my Porsche, but stuff like this makes me reconsider my choice. And the inability of the Porsche dealership to do a simple battery replacement in less than a full day (and even that was only after demanding that it be done) plus the absurd cost is why I normally will not take my car to the dealer for any repair or maintenance.

Back in 2019 I stopped by Porsche NB to test drive a Cayenne. Giovanni was so great! He was friendly, non-judgmental, & honest. He let me really test drive the car, while showing me all of its capabilities. Because of that experience I came back to see Giovanni, & ended up with a 2021 Macan. Ive never liked the car-buying/dealership process, but he made it incredibly smooth. Once my car was ready, I was in & out within 45 minutes. Giovanni & Porsche has set the bar extremely high!

I went to Porsche Newport Beach shopping for a new car. I met with Thomas ORourke and expressed my interest in leasing a cayenne. Our credit wasnt perfect but we had a higher down payment to compensate. After reviewing our application he said we couldnt lease a vehicle so I told him we would buy it.. Thomas was very uninterested and told me to wait 2 months and then come back. I went to another dealer and they were able to approve me for the car I wanted. The irony is that they had to come back to Porsche Newport Beach and get the car from them and sell it to me. Thomas missed out on a great commission... big mistake, big, huge :O)

Couldnt really be bothered to help clients as they came in.

Brought a 2015 Targa 911 to program an extra key rain came by and left some marks. I advised the guys it just got ceramic coated please do not wash it just please rinse. What do these guys do? Run it through the drive thru wash and swirl my fresh paint sealed paint with reused rags leaving swirls everywhere when i just got it detailed and ceramic coated. Its gonna cost me extra to fix their mistake. I was under the impression they were going to just rinse not use all their old rags to dry it up or put it through a drive thru wash.-(revised review) I reached out to Terry the service manager we spoke about the incident and she took the time to check the cameras on that day she realized that the dryers or washers used a shammy on the car. She apologized for the incident and wanted to make it right so she told me to come by and she would have her top detailing guy take a look at it and will assess the issue. The detailer did a great job and fixed the scratches and swirls and looks just like how I detailed it. Thank you guys highly recommend this dealership.

Nail on tire charged 50.00 for labor cost only. This included a new tire every time you get a nail on tire. This was their policy to never give you back a old tire even though it may only have a few miles. Their tires have a warranty that automatically gives you a new tire with only paying the labor for installation and no taxes. Alexander Hamlin is a outstanding service advisor and will do his best to accommodate your needs. Quality service and care for your vehicle from a caring team.

Great place to service my collection of GT Porsches. I never need to worry about leaving my cars here for service or warranty work. Schd ahead and they will provide a loaner as well and the loaners are always newer and clean! Service advisor Jason and customer care director Teri are amazing!

Installed new tires and after picking up the car it was obvious the alignment was off. Alignment was never recommended by service advisor. Had to bring the car back for alignment and after picking the car and driving it a bit the alignment feels better but it is still off. I have to bring the car again for a third time now. Car has less than 15k miles. Steering was razor sharp perfect before I brought the car to have the new tires installed.

I tried working with my local dealership in Las Vegas (Gaudin Porsche) but they didnt want my business. Not deterred I found the car I wanted at Porsche Newport Beach. I reached out to the internet team via email and was promptly contacted by Giovanni. From there it was a throughly enjoyable and stress-free experience.From negotiating price, getting financing, finishing paperwork, negotiating my trade remotely and handling shipping. Everything was done in a timely fashion...1 week. How fantastic is that? My car wouldnt start and the battery charger I had wasnt working for some reason. I towed the car to Jason at NB Porsche. He told me they checked the car and charged the battery overnight and everything looked good. $0 charge and told me perhaps my charger was no longer working. I was very impressed at how he/dealer handled this as I suspect other places might of found something wrong in order to charge me.

The sales representative who helped me through the buying process was great, worked hard, diligent and responded to all of questions immediately. I will definitely be a return customer.

Havent dealt with their Sales department but their Parts departments service level is not what you would expect from a high end car dealership. I ordered a part (prepaid), they got the wrong part so I returned it and waited for a new one. After not hearing back from them over 2 years, I called back and they are saying their system only goes back 1 year so no record of me ordering or paying for the part. And then they wanted me to pay for the part again while quoting me 10 times more for the part... I bought 2021 Porsche Macan S recently from Apollo. He is super nice guy and always stand for my side while purchasing my porsche.Macan is my wifey car that she wants Chalk exterior with red interior for Macan which equipped with premium plus package with crest logo on front seat for selfie. We could not find any cars in the US for same specs on Macan S but for GTS of Turbo models.Fortunately, we found one car with Carrera white metallic exterior with red(cranberry color) interior Macan S with all options equipped at Newport Porsche. Contacted to Apoll and made an appointment for meet up. He greeted us very friendly and it was super fun. We had many personal chat while purchasing my Porsche Macan S. Within few minutes after calling him, I had a call from Mr. Beck in parts, he knew exactly what I wanted and what was needed to do the work. He emailed me prompt with an invoice and ordered the parts the same day.Appointment was set up for day part arrived.Every detail was explained to me.Mr. Hamlin followed up on every step of the work and programming that was needed.
