I gave AllState and this agent more than 15 years of loyalty, thinking that I was truly receiving loyalty and good driver discounts. In the last three years they were charging me between $1800 and $2000 a year to insure a Toyota Sienna. A complete abuse of FOUR times more money than what Costco now costs me. I talked to the agent and the only reason I was given is that she doesnt set the premiums, AllState does. Its like an agent selling a house, I dont set up the price. Well, it would be very naive for someone to believe that an agent doesn’t make more more the higher the premiums are. I actually like the analogy of the real estate agent, who has a fiduciary obligation for an honest and fare deal to both seller (AllState) and buyer (me). However, in this case the buyer got totally ripped off by $4500 in the last three years.There are at least three other great companies out there that can give you a much better deal and service than this location.

Best insurance company. I have been a policy holder since I got my license and they have always had the best coverage, and they have always taken care of me and my family. Rosita has had the best staff. My family and I have been with Rosita for years and the staff is like family to us. I dont even know where to begin! I cannot say enough about Greg and Rosita! I was recently rear ended and two days before moving across the country found out that the person who hit me only had $5,000 worth over coverage :/As my car was already almost done being fixed at the shop, I was stuck in a situation where I couldnt get my car back without getting the payment to the body shop through my insurance since the person who hit me did not have the coverage to take care of the bill.I immediately called Greg in a panic and shared with him my situation. Greg right away opened a claim and got the ball rolling for me and Rosita followed up the next day. Both Greg and Rosita worked hours on this and got the payment approved the night before I moved across the country so that I could get my car back!I am so thankful for both Greg and Rosita and highly recommend getting your insurance through Rosita! They really do care and will have your back when you need it most!Thank you!!!!
