I have brought 2 computers over the last few months. Both were fixed quickly. Will explained things in laymans terms so I was able to understand. He will be my first call for any and all computer issues. I highly recommend him.

Prompt, attentive, expert service. Will and Derrick were patient with my somewhat clueless questions and detailed in their answers (I am a technophobe, of sorts, so that was most appreciated). And the app the store installs on your home page allows customers to troubleshoot on problems with them live at any time. They can even fix certain problems remotely. Highly satisfied. I strongly recommend this business.

I’m quite angry because not only was I ripped off by being charged for new parts, but basically William stole the newer parts out of mine.A year ago William “upgraded” my motherboard, gave me more RAM with a SSD per my request. It cost 500 bucks. My motherboard crapped out yesterday and I brought it to a different guy (I moved) I was told my 2017 motherboard (What I originally had) was replaced with a 2008 Dell motherboard along with degrading my RAM to DDR3 (original was DDR4). Motherboards 12 years old don’t support DDR4. I told the new tech that was impossible because my computer wasn’t that old. He showed me without a doubt my computer parts were replaced by much much older parts. As technology goes a 9 year gap is HUGE. It was It’s like degrading me from a iPhone 11 to an iPhone 2. Big difference. I’m quite angry because not only was I ripped off by being charged for new parts from William, but basically William stole the newer parts out of mine. BEWARE of this guy. That’s a horrible way to conduct business.

William is very knowledgable and professional, he is very nice to work with and pricing was very competitive. I felt like he knew all the options for my IT needs and I just had to choose what I wanted to do. He also Does web design, so I could work with him for my online marketing as well, which is very convenient for me. He will also come to your house or pick up your equipment and drop it off for free. A well deserved five stars all around.

Outstanding job! Data recovery! I was confused over which hard drive was defective. I had two hard drives involved in the job. William didn’t destroy the defective one. I was pleased that both were returned to me. Data was recovered and copied to a USB thumb drive. Thanks, William did the impossible and his skills are expert level.

Tremendously impressed!!! He repaired 3 computers for me, recently. 2 were rather easy fixes, the 3rd fix was tremendously impressive. The hard file on the desktop crashed. He was able to save all the non-replaceable software on it. My hat is tipped to his skills as I would have had to buy tons of equipment and software to replace what would have become inoperable without the software on the hardfile.

First off, I am computer illiterate. I had a minor PC issue which turned into a bit bigger than expected problem. Brad wouldnt stop working on it until it was completely resolved. He kept me updated on the cost of parts/ repair and quickly had my computer back to me meeting me at my jobsite at 8PM at night, this guy is great and easy looking on the eyes :-). The guy is a machine and takes pride in his work and values his customer. Thank you William.

William is amazing!!!...Came to my office on a Sunday and with in minutes it was case solved. I had a hard drive from an older computer that was not damaged but, was unreadable by any of my current systems. He diagnosed my situation immediately and solved the problem with his knowledge and know-how. I would and will recommend him to anyone and everyone.
