The map search just stopped working one day on my site and property IDX search results have had glitches. But overall the quality, value, and professionalism have been on point. Complaint DetailsWe signed up with Agent Elite because they promised that they would be doing Search Engine Optimization (SEO). After we signed up we learned that all they were doing was setting up a website for us when we specifically told them we did not need a website. The communication process dragged on for 6 weeks and they continued to not follow through with their promises. We were given the run around to try to get answers meanwhile they had charged us $661.73 for doing nothing. When we finally got a hold of the account manager Jeno Cabieles he reviewed the sales call from when we initially signed up and in his words he was appalled at what was promised to us. He apologized and said he would cancel our account and refund us the money, he also said our of no where we are not a Ponzi scheme. We found that kind of odd as no one ever mentioned that word he volunteered it. 5 weeks later they never refunded us the money and we emailed them 5 times asking for an update. When we called their billing department the rep got a hold of Jeno and Jeno said there was never any discussion between us about a refund. He would not take our call and we were told he was too busy. He would not respond to any of our emails as well. We were charged for services that were never performed. They will claim that they never offered a refund when in fact they did and refused to offer to share the recordings. Ageht beware of their services and contracts, this truly is a ponzi scheme.

Do not bother with this company. They delivered lots of promises but did not fulfill. They promised they were just like Zurple and then once I signed on they were nothing like zurple. My self and my team tried several time to correct issues and they had no issue not returning calls, not updating the system ect. I do not suggest them as an agent. Their system is not what they promise and then they will charge your to get ut of the contract even though they did not fulfill their end

Andrew was my first contact and did phenomenal. He is a great listener, urgent and responsive. I highly recommend Andrew for the first point of contact, which is very crucial with connecting with customers.

Ive tried several marketing platforms but so far they have been costly and incomplete and or cumbersome. This platform gives me the tools to acquire organic leads that are unique to me at an affordable rate.

Customer support is amazing, there are some reps like Tanner Orr, Michael Lambert and Phenicia Patterson who are just an amazing wealth of knowledge, if you get them on the phone, ASK AWAY because by the time theyre done with you youll be an expert is SEO, which AE does best! lol.

We have one of the best team of individuals around. Keep in mind, a website is only as good as the amount of traffic you get to it. You cant convert leads if your not getting traffic. There are several funnels you need to implement in order to see results. If you looking for a easy way to generate leads with no work, then maybe real estate isnt for you. Nothing in life is easy, making sure your marketing your self correctly is the first step. Building funnels is the second step, converting leads is the third step. Lead nurturing is the fourth!

So I contacted them no said no one can guarantee the leads! My husband is not an expert and brings me 30+ leads a month, I don’t understand how a big company only bring me 3 leads within 3 months!They can go to the recorded call and listen to it!Then they have to make sure who they hire!!The manage should call me not hide I’m paying you money ! I’m throwing my money and getting zero results!

I got a call from an Agent Elite salesperson. I told him I wasnt interested. He kept calling back, being very pushy, until he wore me down and I decided to give it a try. I have one more month on this contract and I cant wait to stop paying them good money for nothing. All it has done is cost us probably close to $1,000 - totally wasted. The customer service I agree is good. They are responsive, and the website looked nice. They called a couple times to give me some tips. However Ive gotten absolutely no business from this. I think in 5 months I got a total of two leads, and one of them was completely bogus with a fake email and phone number. The other one never called me back. They promised their system would get my website ranked in search engines, again not true. I suggest not using this service.Update: After I cancelled this service the push salesman called me up and told me I was making the wrong decision, that 5 months isnt enough of a chance, and that I wasnt using their service properly. In other words, completely disrespecting my decision and criticizing me.
