THE BEST KEPT SECRETI was in and out on a Saturday after 3:00 PM in one hour with a brand new radio. I went in asking for 4 speakers because I was told that was the problem. But James, the GREAT INSTALLER said your volume doesnt go up or down you need a radio. I thought I would still need the speakers and it would take hours but that was not so. Not only was their service quick it was reasonable and HONEST. They even fixed a rear light that was out by sending Michael to the part store for me so I could leave with a fixed car. Jim the owner really made me feel like FAMILY even before I got to the store and through out my visit.Thank again for making my necessary purchase a GREAT EXPERIENCE !!!

This place doesnt deserve no stars! They tried to charge me $650 to hook up my sub & amp. They even switched their price up three times to be exact. Then what tops it off tried to charge me $220 for a LC2i that only cost $99 at best buy & its the same kind. I dont recommend anyone to deal with these people. They are some Con artist/clowns.

Great store and took care of my car speaker problem in a quick fashion and got it fixed the same day. Staff was friendly and care for you as a customer and even went over beyond to trim bracket to save me money. Would recommended the store to anyone who needs car stereos/speakers done.

My wife took my truck in there today 08/03/21To get window shields put on that I bought from wethertech and when I got home today there was 2 clips in my back seat and I started letting the windows down and one of the back windows rolled down with the guard attacked to it with 2 way tape and was broken .....So I called them and they tried blaming my wife then they said it came with extra clips and then said it came out of the box broke....I know different cause I took them out of the box and put them in the back seat so they said I was lying and I know different....This is the worst place u cld ever go tooo so u know u will regret going here .....NOTHING BUT THIVES!!!!!!!!!! Will never go back

My son wanted a system for his car for Christmas and he took me to custom concepts and performance today. We got with jimmy and he really took care of us. They had anything you wanted but we went with the best of the best. And soon as we told them what we wanted he pulled my sons car in the garage and everyone went to work. We changed all the speakers in the car and added a sub. 3 hours later he called me and we went to the back to listen to the final product. And you couldn’t even tell anything was added inside the car. And the subs in the trunk was well placed it was really professional done! When I tell you this system sounded good I mean it was amazing! I am very pleased! My sons car sounded amazing! I will be back my truck is next!!

Called them on a tuesday afternoon at 5:30, (30 minutes before they close, and said i’m on the way in. they waited on me, we picked out a system and it was installed before 7 o’clock that evening. Most recommended audio shop in the area by far 👍🏼 great guys and great work!

This is a terrible business practice. Please do not use them. They will scam you for everything they can. The owner Jimmy is a con artist. They will give you a quote and then charge you for more at the time when picking up your car. They give you no proof of the quote or any receipt of what they charged you for.

I checked on the price of a compact sub with amp built in for under my truck seat. I told them i had seen some on amazon and wanted to see what they recommended. He walked me over and showed me the exact same one i had been looking at on Amazon with install kit fir $140 bucks. I was surprised seeing i came to a radio store thinking anything I found on Amazon was cheap but they said it was good. He gave me a quote of 750 dollars to install it. They was charging $ 340 for the same speaker/amp combo i could get with install kit for 140 off of Amazon. Then they charge for a install kit separate. Long story short i bought a kicker a brand I did recognize from bestbuy for 300 and installed it myself. I dont mind paying for work done but to upcharge a 140 dollar speaker amp combo with install kit to over 700 is shady at best. I called a radio shop in peachtree city right after leaving custom concepts and they quoted me around 400 which seemed more in line for what it should had cost. Anyways make sure you check prices before you shop here.

I will never go back to this place. Made an appointment for Sunday at 3:00 because he said work was backed up. They dont even do the window tinting themselves they have a third entity to come by and do the window tinting. Was there for my 3:00 appointment on Sunday owner never showed up. Never returned my calls.

I had systems installed in my 2017 Honda and my 2015 F150 the same day... they took care of me. Me and the staff even sat and ate together. If you want your services to come with care, go there. Taking my other truck up after the holiday!

I bought a bluetooth radio about one month ago for my son. When purchasing the radio, I was told it could be installed for $80. When my son took his car up there to have it installed, Jimmy charged him $135. I called and spoke with Jimmy about why he was taking advantage of a child. His response was if my son would have mentioned that I was told it was $80 to install he would have honored that price. But since I was calling to ask over the phone why he was charging over $80 he would not honor the price I was given when purchasing the radio. Awful customer service.

Second time back. Nothing bad the first time. This a time my dash was cracked and the owner said it wasnt from his guy. I beg to differ!! Charged me 135.00 for a 10 minute swap. Then warning lights came on when I went to leave. Called the dealer and they told me to bring it right away. ( Less than 2 miles) . This is going to be expensive! Will Never go back!!!

Had 2018 Jeep Cherokee done with ceramic tint on all windows, including windshield. These guys did a FANTASIC job. Made a world of difference keeping the all-black interior cool. Will be getting two additional vehicles done. Great job!

They did a wonderful tint job on the hubbys car as well as they got his sound system in his car sounding right at a decent affordable price. Very nice and welcoming employees. Will definitely be bringing my car to them soon.

Im so glad for all the people that could post a good review about this place. Im glad your service was satisfactory. I traveled to them today for some window tinting services. The appointment was made on Monday for Wednesday at 10am. The price that I was quoted over the phone was $250 or $300 if I wanted the windshield strip applied. Once I get there and walk in the guy comes from the back and ask if I was the 10 am appointment. After that confirmation he goes on to say, What are you getting today? I stated, the service that was quoted to me over the phone for $250 because I am not getting the strip. He starts rambling about how I could purchase the cheap material for 250 like a lot of people do or I could get the good material for another 100 bucks which increased the price that I received and locked in on the phone by 100 bucks. I dont know about anyone else but I like business and refuse to deal with hustlers. The price should have been given correctly over the phone and remained the same for my service. Let me to choose to change my service and pay more not for you to ramble about how my skin will still get more heat from the service for 250 rather than buying the 350 job. It could have been that he seen a woman and assumed I would take his word for the mess that he was given but I know a sales pitch when I see one. I will never attempt to do business with this place EVER again and Im glad I kept my money in my pocket to find someone PROFESSIONAL than this guy here! No recommendations from me and ladies BEWARE when these places of business approach you with other than what you asked for.................RUN!!!

These guys know there stuff...i went there initially just to have a sub woofer installed. The previous audio installers did such a bad job they revamped the system, cleaned up the cables, placed everything perfectly in a place so that it does not move around while driving. I also had them do a side & front skirt installation as well as an underglow body kit...came out perfect!! The owner Jimmy is kool & extremely funny fellow. Highly recommended

We’ve had two cars tinted here, an E36 M3 and a Lexus ES350. Both of them came out excellent. No bubbles, no haze, no damage. The owner and installers are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’ll be back!

THE OWNER IS A CON ARTIST!! Do not come here!! I purchased a Pioneer multimedia receiver, necessary materials, Inc. a steering wheel control harness from Best Buy in Ashley Park. I was originally quoted $175 by one employee, however when I returned the owner quoted it for $225. I asked to have my subwoofer (JL 10W3V3-4) checked and he said it would cost $50. He explained he could have it finished within the day. I also had to get a “bypass” so that was another $50. The total came out to $390. He also explained that my voice coil was out in my subwoofer and there was a “backwards” wire as he put it and it would cost $175, I didnt pay for that service. Over the course of a day I compiled a list of everything wrong since picking up my Jeep.1) I paid to have the steering wheel controls installed, they did not work.2) My power mirrors were not working. (The control sits directly underneath the radio)3) There was and still is a noticeable gap in my dash that was not there previously.4) Rear speakers were not working properlyThis next list shows a lack of integrity and discipline including just pure laziness.1) The materials that were in my tray above the radio were left scattered in my seat.2) The subwoofer was reinstalled upside down.3) My air scents were scattered throughout the car.I returned the next day to have him charge me another $175 to have the rear speakers “rewired”, another $200 to purchase and install another steering wheel control harness because apparently the sealed bag that was purchased from Best Buy was missing a wire. However, they were the same product by the same manufacturer.I got my Jeep back to have wires shavings everywhere and my microphone was not working.Later that evening I watched YouTube tutorials and did a self diagnostic on mysubwoofer. THE ONLY THING WRONG WAS A LOOSE GROUND WIRE. I tightened it to the tub and the subwoofer now works perfectly.Take it for what you will but THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!Jimmy (owner) learn some integrity and honesty my friend. Good luck with your business. People do not make it far messing people over.

That is a bad place for audio installation and they steal your money, they cheated me and gave me a bad job and they design themselves that they are professionals, everything went wrong in my truck, it was short when I understood it wrong wiring and they charged me 4000 for two amplifiers two bosinas the drawer and the CL2 la berdan are scammers because there was nothing good left of the work they were

I should have read the reviews, sounds like Brian K had the same issues with this place. I took my C6 corvette to this shop yesterday. The guy says, should not be that much, can do it for you easy. I provided everything, the pioneer deck, the wiring harness to bose factory, the bypass module. I even took the console, and old radio out before i went there. He says sure lets go get what you brought, walks outside, looks at the corvette, oh. It is very complex, you need to hard wire it in, it will be $175. I said What??? $175 to connect the 12 wires, and put the deck in? Oh yes he says, very complex, its a ZL1, ZL1? Corvette ZR1, thats what i mean he says, done many. He had no idea what he was talking about. So i took everything, put in my trunk and left. PLEASE becareful if you take to this shop, should have read reviews. I am learning READ reviews before you take to shops, to hire people.

Worst shop in Newnan for replacing radio. Had a very poor experience with the owner jimmy. The shop loots their customers and only focusses on short term gains by doing a pathetically poor job on replacing radios. The shop forgot to attach microphone wire to my replacement radio unit. When I went in again once I realized this, they flately refused me to fix their mistake unless I pay a flat $75 additional to the $300 I had already paid before.

The next day my truck started blowing fuses all over the place.I went back Thursday evening and told them about it. They told me to bring it back and they would fix it.Well today i took it back and was basically told if i wanted it fixed I would have fo pay again!I told him that wasnt going to happen since I already paid $125. He said if wanted it done I would have to pay!!!Please Please dont ever use this place.He ended up cussing me out and in return I called the police and somehow it became my fault and I was banned from the business and would be cited for criminal trespass if I do!!!!WHAT A CROCK!!!!!!

I dropped by for them to look at my window tint and I was surprised that they were able to remove and reinstall my tint for my 2 front windows of my SUV. I got a tint ticket in Peachtree City for tint thats been on my truck for 10 years since I bought it. Ive never had any issues until a few days ago. The entire process took about an hour. They were very fast and friendly. I waited with 2 small children and it was a very comfortable atmosphere. I am very pleased with the way it looks and the fact that they did it so quickly. I would highly recommend.

Called and asked if they could get me in to tint my widows and Jimmy said come on down we are just finishing one now. I pulled in and was met by Jimmy. He took his time to show me the difference between the tints that they carried. I was done in about 30-40 minutes. They did a great job and were super friendly.I will use them again for sure!

Didnt put radio in my truck that I wanted. All parts of radio not working properly. Had to buy external mic . Order 3 weeks ago and paid in advance. Still havent received mic.

I went there yesterday to get an amp, speakers, and sound deadening installed in my doors. I had all the material, all high end stuff. All I wanted was an install. Im a controls engineer so I know what it takes to do this job, Ive done it several times but I was willing to pay someone to do it this time. I guess I was speaking with the owner and it was clear he didnt even recognize what I was asking him to do. Its a $500 job and he mumbled $700 for the speakers alone and then another $275 just for an amp and then just walked away. The amp is a 30 minute job. He was working on a car and as he walked away I noticed hes carrying a pistol on his side. At that point I realized I was in the wrong place. He never even asked to make an appointment, he just walked away. Its a nice shop when you walk in but getting help is a problem. The first guy I talked to kept mentioning tint and alarms, that must be what they like to do.

Well Jimmy decided to cuss us out while trying to explain why he wouldn’t hold his word on the subs we agreed on. It’s so sad that the owner in a room with 2 employees and 2 customers decided that cussing up a storm and being so rude was the direction to take this engagement. One of his employees priced us on some subs, we have it written down on a card and he just went off on us for some reason. It may be drugs? It may be that he doesn’t know how to run a good business. He is not a good human and does not need to be in business with that type of attitude. I am so sick from how me and my friend were just treated. Jimmy is shady and does not know what running a good business consists of. It’s sad and I will definitely let everyone know of my experience here today. Hope to see y’all shut down soon!

Jimmy, L.C., and the rest of his staff are the best around! I bought a new truck and went there to swap the sound system over from my old one, and they made a customer for life! They cut me a great deal on the price, made it sound even better, and even sold me a ceramic tint job at another huge discount. All that, and installed my brand new tool box for free, just cause it was in the truck bed, and they knew I was about to go home and do it.... These guys will do the best work, and for the right price....You wont find a better guy at tinting or a better audio man than the ones hes got here. Will definitely go back for any auto needs in the future, thanks guys!

Whole place is layed out very nicely, they were very helpful in informing me what I needed to know about the new radio, nice folks and they do a fantastic job !

They gave me store credit for a returned item worth $130. The guy told me I couldn’t get anything with the $130 but a out dated CD player or tweeters. So I settled with tweeters that were worth $25 max. The tweeters ended up not working . To some everything up I lost $130. Bad customer service
