I recently purchased a used woodmizer LT40 and had the roller blade assemblies replaced by the dealership. After I got home and milled for a few hours the right side roller came off. I put it back on and sawed again for a few more hours and it came off again. I then called the dealership and told them what happened. The service rep told me there is supposed to be 2 spacers. One on the front and one on the back. The back spacer was missing. Without hesitation the service rep said he was shipping me a bolt and two spacers that day (Thursday). I also requested 2 more 747 blades because they were damaged when the roller came off. I received the new bolts and spacer by noon the next day and not only 2 blades, they threw in 5 blades!WOW! Im very pleased with Woodmizers service.

Super people, very knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions. I enjoyed my visit.I bought the LT15 and I love using it. I thought it would be difficult to assemble, however, it was a breeze.Operating the mill is simple... unfortunately I havent had as much time milling with it as I would like. However, I do have a nice stack of red oak and respectable sized pine post.Great buy that I am glad I made.

THOSE ARE THE KIND PEOPLE I LOVE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! Even the hats they give out to customers are a quality product 🤷🏽‍♀️..... They are super nice people and you’ll love the country accent 🤗We purchased a LT-15 WIDE and they loaded it and secured it for our 3 hour traveling trip back home!!!!

Ordered some parts for the mill, got them in two days .. I wish more people worked this way. Supper helpful and knowledgeable staff and will take the time to work through your problems with you. I bought my mill second hand and they sent me an owners manual the first time I ordered blades, for free!

These folks are very helpful, they will answer any questions you might have, they are not i repeat not pushy! You tell them what you want in a sawmill and they will go out of their way to satisfy your wishes at the cheapest possible price, much better than dealing with other manufacturers
