We are small business and don’t want our home address displayed throughout the web, so we use 15 Perry Street as our business address and mail handlers. We have also used their conference rooms to hold interviews. I love the facility and am grateful that it exists in Newnan!

Great space, friendly staff

We have rented an office in 15 Perry for about a year and half. Having an office has made huge impact on our business not only from having a physical office but the community that is in here with all the other businesses is just great. Even though we are a small business, we interact with other businesses daily that we wouldnt normally get to interact with just within the space.Plus as a small business it is always a great be able to tell potential clients Would you like to meet at our office? knowing we can schedule and have access to conference rooms quickly and easily.Love the space, John and Lisa are great also, and always accommodating to everyone.

This is an excellent meeting spot that can also serve as an office either temporarily for the hour, the day, or the month. It’s modern but comfortable and they’ve thought of everything. Great atmosphere and friendly, accommodating service.

Ive been using this office space for several weeks now and I cant say enough about how pleased I am. The facilities are well designed and the ambiance is a pleasant blend of old Newnan and modern convenience. If you need a small office or just want to have a desk to use to get out of the house and into a professional environment a few days a week, you should definitely consider this space. The owners John and Lisa are easy to work with and incredibly accommodating - first class all the way!

Great collaborative work space in the heart of Newnan. We use one of the meeting rooms for our nonprofit organizations monthly board of directors meetings. Quiet, comfortably appointed, and easily accessible. The owner always greets us with a warm welcome. Highly recommend.

Coweta CASA holds its monthly Board of Directors meetings in their large conference room. It is WONDERFUL!!!! Well planned out and very quiet as well it has the technology we need if someone has to call in to the meeting. The place is always clean and well appointed. A nice perk is that there is always fresh coffee and snacks for us, too. HIGHLY recommend this to other groups and individuals looking for a place to conduct business in the Newnan area. A much needed addition to our wonderful county.
